Outback Steakhouse

We find this particular Outback restaurant on Emrick Boulevard in Bethlehem, PA to be exceptional. Last night’s dining experience was no exception. The food was amazing!
Our waitress, Jade, was attentive, and efficient. Her service was almost spa- like!
Lydia, our hostess was extremely personable.
When we spoke to the manager, Brian, about his marvelous staff, he beamed with pride, indicating his team approach. Now, that’s great leadership!! I believe this particular Outback is under new management. I strongly recommend that if you have had a less than marvelous experience in the past, it would be worth another chance.

A quiet Monday afternoon lunch with a bunch of friends. We were greeted with a warm friendly smile and hello and were seated.

Our waitress was patient and allowed us time to catch up first before ordering drinks and food.

Had a few different menu items that were very tasty and served hot. From salads to French onion soup to the burger, prime rib sandwich and grilled chicken to the fries, everything arrived well spaced out and was served hot.

Again just to reiterate, it was a Monday afternoon at noon and wasn't overly busy.

We meet occasionally from around the state so this was a great centralized spot right off the highway.

We will definitely be coming back.

Our waitress, Jen, was awesome. My dad is in the advanced stages of Parkinson's. She was so caring, gentle, respectful, understanding, patient, & kind. Thank you, Jen, for making him feel comfortable. As a previous waitress, and his primary caregiver, please know the level of service you provided was exemplary

The three times I have been to Outback in Bethlehem, PA, it has been amazing! The food always makes me happy cry. This past time was extra special. Our server was Jade. She is friendly, fast, efficient, and attentive to her customers needs. The cook must be the best one they have too, because the food was the best yet!

Elyse the bartender was the most attentive bartender/server we’ve had in a longtime. She had a full bar and tables but never made us wait a moment for anything we needed. I also appreciated the way she cleaned a bar with fresh paper towels and not the old bar rag. She was so pleasant and personal that I would be comfortable to come back by myself and order a drink!

8 family members all really enjoyed our meals and time together at Outback. Everyone complimented how great the food and staff were. Prices were reasonable. As a family we decided to make this a family gathering place in the future.

Came to outback tonight with my family and had a great experience. Food was great and quick for being busy, and our server Gabby was awesome, super nice and attentive! She made sure my mom felt special on her birthday. We will definitely be back!

Every interaction with each of the staff was amazing! Most especially our server Joanie M! We were dining later in the evening and they were out of prime rib. It was my dad's birthday and the owner personally came out to apologize and gave my dad a voucher for prime rib for his next visit. Overall we were super impressed!

Meal was great. Service was sensational. Elyse provided one of the best dinner experiences we ever had. It is obvious she takes her craft seriously. I imagine we will walk into the server Hall of Fame one day and see Elyse’s jersey in the rafters. Soda guy also did a great job, didn’t spill a drop and was NOT frugal with the straws.

My daughter and her boyfriend,and his son took me there for my birthday. Service was excellent and the food was great 👍 also. My steak was so tender and juicy. Love this place.

We absolutely LOVE coming to our local watering hole…OUTBACK. My husband and I are local business owners and after a loooong day/week of work, we can always count on being well taken care of at the bar, ESPECIALLY when Elyse is working. She is attentive, friendly and super quick to learn your likes/dislikes. We thoroughly enjoy coming here because of her.

I’ve always dined at this particular Outback, however, I recently went with my mom who is handicapped and allergic to shellfish. Our server Gabriela assured us she would let the kitchen know about the seafood allergy. She was very attentive! After the food was brought to us, Bryan the proprietor, came to our table to make sure all of our dishes were ok and informed us he personally checked in with the cooks making sure no seafood came in contact with my moms meal. All of our dishes were delicious as usual but I wanted to leave my first review letting everyone know what a great Outback the Bethlehem location is! Outstanding service and food!!

This has become a regular spot for both my business colleagues and my family alike. Recently they made a mistake with our steak and the staff rectify the mistake and gave us a credit for another steak on the house. The owner Brian make sure He came over to make sure our steak was made to perfection. Thank You for making my family feel welcomed at your restaurant.

Elyse was super friendly and a good server. She changed my Brussels spots and asked for a new one when she saw the quality was off. Overall very helpful with our requests

Came here to have dinner with my family. Food was very good we got salads, steak, burgers, and soups and everything was great. Our server was Elyse V, she was very attentive, helpful, and friendly.

I am frequent customer of this particular Outback. Generally sitting at the bar because ther service is fantastic. Elyse, the bartender is always on piont with drinks and taking our order. One of the things I enjoy best is knowing I'm not going to have to stress about my drink, an old fashioned, or my food. She remembers everything about her customers making us feel at ease which is want you want when eating out. We have tried other outbacks but none compare to the care and quality of Emrick.

Visit this Outback Steakhouse in Bethlehem PA for the first time. 6:30pm on a Saturday night and was shocked how smooth service went. Our party of 6 got refilled on time and apps came out perfect timing compared to entrees. Blooming onion and deep fried mushrooms were perfect. Each it’s own dipping sauce. Steak cooked to order/perfection. Don’t change much.

Jade was amazing! She was so attentive to our every need!! She had such a good fun attitude and was a complete pleasure!!! We will definitely be coming back! Food as usual was awesome!!!
