Very nice store with great service. We were about to get a TV from Costco but very glad that we stepped into this store for more information. KJ was very knowledgeable and candid. We learned so much. They still have the biggest selection of TVs and the store was very quiet. I guess lots of people are not buying from this type of stores anymore. wholesale is taking over. We are thankful that they are here.

No question about it here, Best buy is truly a great store and it has always been one too. The only thing is this, they need to start bringing back the CDs and more of their dvds in the store. Oh yeah can I forget about the CD players or stereos

Shoutout to Will in the TV department!! Will helped my partner and I pick out a tv with no added pressure. He compared models for us, gave us options best suited to our needs, and checked in on us after we had time to review everything. Will was very knowledgeable, down to earth, and super patient as we were back and fourth. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you!!!

Friendly and attentive staff, even during the Black Friday burnout. I was approached by a staff member as soon as I stopped to glance at a shelf, and he went to the back room to find me a nearly sold-out game.

Went to Best Buy to find a micro SD card with high memory. BB had a selection, priced competitively, here's the big one..., in stock.

I put off getting a new phn until I had no option. Reluctantly went into best buy and I'm happy to say, I had the BEST experience! Barbara was so knowledgeable and patient. She sold me the phone and did a complete transfer of everything! I've never had such a smooth transition from one phone to another! If it weren't for signing back into a few apps, I wouldn't even know it was a new phone. (Except this one works).
Buying a new phone is always so stressful and I put it off as long as I can. But she was great! Thank you Barbara!!!

Just be careful sometimes they overcharge you for stuff you did not want such as the protection plan. Otherwise very nice people

In the world of Covid, you can expect things to not be in stock. I order online, and set to pick up at this store. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. If you think you take issue with Best Buy's prices, I can assure you that I get better deals here than even on Amazon.

This is my favorite store out by me
There was a new woman there second day working her name was faith. I could totally see her becoming the manager of a store. I was so blown away with how she handled every situation and all my questions and just everything about customer service. She will definitely be putting new high standards for everyone else. I had this very little detail on the TV that annoys me, but everyone else thinks it’s fine and she was able to help me find what worked best for my ocd. She was working along side Isaiah, which is another worker that blew Customer Service out of the park. Polite. A gentleman really heard my concerns was patient showed me all my options. I had to return something as well and met with Sabrina upfront, and she was outstanding with every single question I had, and they were very bizarre questions, the staff there today has been the best staff I’ve seen in a store. I’ve never seen such great service before. I’ve always loved Best Buy. I usually always have a great experience but now if I never have experience like I had today, I’ll be so sad definitely go see them.

Nice place to shop for electronics. We also recycle all our old electronics here. They stopped accepting monitors for recycling.

2023: Needed to get a TV mounted and the Geek Squad was a great help!

2024: Great place for recycling electronics. We have also bought appliances from here in the past as they have done good sales at times of the year.

Went in to buy fire sticks for older TVS. We were so nervous about cancelling cable. Paul in home theater dept. Made the choice so easy. He took his time explaining what we needed. And how to do everything. He is very knowledgeable, and made the switch less scary.
Social distance was followed. Handicap parking and entrance.

I purchased a new cell phone yesterday. No pressure, no vultures when I walked through the door, no attempts to sell me something I didn’t want, and no long wait times! I started by telling the associate what I don’t want and he said this is what I can offer based on what you requested. More product selection, more options, and my bill will be the same as it was 2 1/2 years ago when I last paid for a cell phone, which is unheard of with rising prices. The phone is actually $100 less than my prior phone. I will not go to another cell phone store again! I did my research comparing Best Buy with cell phone stores, and I am happy that I did! Best Buy in Easton, PA will be my go to for my cell phone.

Definitely a worthwhile place to come and visit. There is pretty much anything technology related here which is sweet to see!

My husband and I just purchased the New HP Envy 17”, i7 & I am so happy we did! Huge shoutout to Alessia! She is so awesome! She provided us with outstanding customer service, she is extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and super sweet! I walked inside the brick store. I put my hands on the gopro accessories needed. Paid with CASH. Drove my gas powered car home. My camera gear, ready for Saturday's bike run. No need for Amazon. No need the wait on their carrier.

Had what I was looking for in stock, and cheaper than Apple sold it for on their website.
