I recently suffered a bout of pneumonia and am still recovering.. Due to three antibiotic treatments, my intestinal system was wiped out. I tried a CVS over-the-counter probiotic which didn't help. I became anemic due to this situation. Essence of Health was recommended by a friend of ours who is a cardiac nurse. What a difference Essence of Heath's recommendation made to my recovery. A great find! I stopped in for a smoothie, which was concocted by the very nice & helpful girl at the counter in front. It was SO tasty & healthy! Kale, pineapple & coconut were the main ingredients. Lots of healthful items throughout the store, including a wide selection of teas and supplements/protein powders. Will be back!

Larry , the owner is a very helpful and a knowledgeable owner. He takes time to explain why you should take a certain supplement and how it will benefit you. I wish there were more small businesses like this in the area !!

Very nice selection of supplements, organic food, snacks, and personal hygiene needs plus skincare. They have raw milk and cbd. Pet supplies too. Their smoothies are really good! I highly recommend stopping in.

Essence of health in my opinion is the best store in town for all of your health care needs. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The juice and smoothie bar is wonderful and reasonably priced for organic! I send my clients there when they are in need of products too. If you have not been there yet you are missing out!

This place is excellent! Kind of a tiny shop, yet they have tons of different kinds of herbal, vitamin and protein supplements. The staff are cool and they make absolutely delicious smoothies for your health in the front of the place.

This shop is one my favorites. Larry and the staff are top notch. I appreciate how knowledgeable they are and the outstanding customer service I received each time I cross their threshold. They carry high quality products and are always well stocked.

I go here after the gym and get a smoothie, and get this, a freeeeee coffeee. If you wanted to win me over Essence of Health consider your job done! The smoothies are always perfect. They have macadamia nut milk which Im super thrilled about, and they are generally super knowledgeable, helpful, and very cordial.

Their new location (across from Bar-Don Bowling Alley) is a great transformation! Plenty of space to shop in and their service is always above and beyond!

Larry and Brad give great customer service. If they don't have it, just let them know and they will try to get it for you. I compared 3 different health food stores, and this one is by far the best!

I was looking for a specific spice all day and the girl working was soooo nice. Even though she thought they didn’t have any, when they found some she ran out to my car to let me know they found some and I’m so grateful. Incredibly kind staff!
