Kenneth was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.
Phone operators were friendly as well and quite sincere regarding the malfunctioning oxygen concentrator which I was using.

Gary was an excellent installer, extremely professional! He delivered and set up the equipment the made sure everything was working. He also took the time to be certain that I fully understood how to operate all of the equipment and the wheelchair. I feel much more comfortable having my husband come home tomorrow, and that his needs will be met.

Matthew guided me through every step of my cpap training. Very personable, answered any question I had. He is very knowledgeable. I felt confident that I could operate my new cpap without any problem. Thank you Matt.

Kirk is one of the best service person that I’ve ever had come to our home. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. This was the 2nd time he has been here. The first time he installed my hospital bed. He never leaves a trace. I was leaving rehab Thursday am. Needed a wheeled walker. Spoke to a representative Wednesday early evening. After making a payment literally got a call and although it was 6 pm received a delivery to the rehab of my walker!! The rep said they wanted to make sure I had it before my departure. WOW what service. Not only quick but courteous!!!! This just doesn’t happen anymore!!! 5 stars all the way!

They patiently showed us how to set up and use the home oxygen unit as well as the portable unit and the emergency oxygen canisters. Barry was absolutely wonderful to deal with. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He really was a pleasure to meet with.
