Today I called in with serious concerns and Deanne spent the better part of her afternoon walking me through every option available. She was incredibly helpful, personable and made it clear that she only had my best interest in mind. I have trusted this office with my most personal information and valuable assets with confidence. I have been doing some insurance shopping recently. I got in touch with Chelsea a couple days ago and have been working on putting a quote together for me. She is nice and straight to the point. I have zero complaints so far with how this process has been going. based on my experience so far i would recommend giving Chelsea a call.

Everyone down here is exceptional. They continue to go above and beyond my expectations. I know that I am taken care of. I know the limits of my policy and have been able to make minor adjustments with same day turn around(2-3 hours at most). I feel that my requests are handled as if they are priority number one, even if they're not... The ladies at Sandra Goode-Long's office are such a pleasure to work with. I recommend this office if you're in the market. Sandra has the best team ever to handle insurance. I have phoned several times with home insurance issues. The entire staff is so competent, patient and very friendly. They want you to be happy with their sevice. I think they are fantastic!
