Debbie was thorough and helpful concerning the cub cadet model I was seeking. The gentleman who helped load it and provided the demo on basic use was great help. I'd say this is a solid place to purchase your equipment from. Small purchase warning ; credit card use is frowned upon here (they aren't happy with the 3.5% fees imposed on them). If you're cool with that, they provided everything I needed to make this major purchase happen. Visit and give them a try.

Debbie and her team made my Cub Cadet zero-turn purchase extremely easy and fast! It was my first purchase of this type of equipment and Debbie was extremely courteous and patient with all my questions. When I was ready, Debbie made the process painless and in a few days I was cutting grass at my new home. I would suggest H&H to anyone looking for landscaping equipment or power sports items.

Anyone I have talked to there have been very courteous and I always felt good after a call I have had with them. The service person Cory was always very receptive and passionate to my issue and would spend a lot of time explaining things and I feel genuinely cares about the service she provides. I would always come here and recommend anyone else to go.

Corey and her team earned my business and trust. They were honest and fair, working with me to resolve part supply issues on an older model polaris. Really appreciate a shop like this.

Good people, on the mark, so far. With the excessive overpricing of most service providers, H&H seems that they are a perfect mix of survival. They survive and their prices help the clients to survive.

Did 1000 mile ride in Quebec in January 23
Headed back up in late February and while going over my sled (2017 Skidoo 1200) I noticed 3 bogey wheels were chewed up and needed immediate replacement. Besides that they fit me into their schedule they only had 2 of the wheels in stock. With due diligence they took the third wheel from another sled and got me up and running and had a successful 2nd trip with no issues with my sled.

Bought a new Scag zero turn from Horns Outdoor. Super great price, and excellent service. The salesman Scott went out of his way to for me, and was more than accommodating. During the delivery they took their time to go over the mower, and never rushed. I would recommend stopping here.

Five stars is not enough. This dealership went way above and beyond what an average dealership would do. Talk about customer service. First, they discounted the invoiced price of my new Skidoo and it wasn't your typical salesman games. Scott was honest and upfront from the first encounter to the completion of the sale. He went further and discounted all accessories without being asked. Then there was Kevin in service. I had to drive 2 1/2 hours to pick up the sled but due to a severe snowstorm, they were going to struggle to get all the accessories I requested put on in time for my pickup that I was obligated to due to an appointment that was almost impossible to get due to COVID with DMV to register the sled. But, they promised after lunch. The plan was do all the paperwork in the morning and drop my trailer and go to DMV to register and then back to pick up the sled afterwards. Upon my arrival at around 10am Scott greeted me immediately and said he had a surprise. The mechanic/service manager, Kevin, came in at 3AM to work because he wanted to get this done without being asked. You tell me, where are you going to find this kind of dedication, good luck! Near me if a mechanic or anyone was asked to come to work at 3am to complete a job he/she would tell you go jump off a bridge. I could not believe he did this and had my sled ready for pickup. You don't find customer service like this place offers. From Scott who was an absolute pleasure to deal with to Kevin to the ladies that did all the paperwork, best dealership experience I ever had. It is my opinion based off of how I was treated that if anyone has a problem with this dealership, the problem probably lies with them and they are probably either impossible to deal with or asking for something not possible. Any future sled purchases will be with them period. Thank you for going way above and beyond with your customer service.

Took my ATV in as it was having an issue with starting... The guys told me that it looked like it was not the EPS but rather a bad starter and the total work was going to be over $650 with parts and labor. After ordering the part and finding the same issue still existed, they determined it was actually a bad contact between the starter and the engine. Instead of $650, it only cost me $110! They could have replaced the starter and just told me that was the problem and ripped me off, but instead, they chose to be HONEST. I can't say how much I value honesty in a repair shop as I almost feel it's rare these days. They have earned my trust and I will not hesitate to give them future business.

Not sure, waiting to pick up my 2002 zx7r. Hoping that the prices are fare? Was having a chain changed and tech pointed out that it needed rear sprocket I was also having front & rear brakes. Note the back caliper was froze along with replacing speed od cable oil service as well he said rebuilding rear caliper was the way to go . I was hoping pick it up yesterday for my birthday we was waiting on the rebuild kit all other work was complete he said. Man hoping to get it today but Saturdays only half day hope they pull threw and I get my bike today. I so excited oh my quote was $ 450.00 - $ 500.00 lets see and also how well there work is completed . This bike has just been total custom build all new plastic and custom paint 6-24-2017 9:16 am ( I WILL RATE THE SERVICE & PRICES ASAP TODAY I HOPE ? NOTE ALL BODY & PAINT WORK TC CUSTOMS BRISTOL PA AKA TOM CONNOR AMAZING WORK GREAT $$$
