I've been taking my kids to ABW for the past 6 years and they are great. We never wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. I can always get my kids in for an appointment on the same day if they are sick, but calling first thing in the morning as soon as they open is when they have the best availability.

I love this place never had a problem at all. Very attentive and i always am recommending someone. Never do i wait more then 5 minutes in the waiting room. My son is always seen by a doctor as long as you request, they get it done. I say always be on top of your child heath and well being and this is the place to go.

I recognize that patients are going to have questions, especially with young children. If you were on the other side you want to ensure that all your questions and concerns are addressed. With that I will say that I am very pleased with this office. The wait is not my concern, as I don't want an in & out type office, the team is very pleasant, and the Dr's educate.

I always have a great experience there with all the doctors and staff. We're always treated with respect and the doctors nurses and staff are all friendly and great with my 3 girls. I've never had to wait more than 3 mins. ♥

I love ABW Pediatric. They are very thorough. The doctors are very loving and concerned about my children even to the point of calling my home the next day to make sure my children were ok. I would recommend them to anyone.

We've been using them for seven years, and I've never had a bad experience. The staff are great, and the doctors are too. I trust them with my little girl.

Staff and doctors have been amazing to us. Waiting is sometimes an issue, which is frustrating, but understandable because of working with kids.

Have been with ABW for nearly 6 Years. Not sure why or when but it is nearly impossible to get sick visits scheduled anymore. Call a day ahead "we don't schedule sick visits in advance" call at opening next day "sorry my system is still opening", while I hear other nurses say 1 appointment left. By the time the computer opens "sorry we are all full". They send me to Bethlehem all the time, 45 minutes away. The Dr's are great but scheduling is something awful. Looking to switch at this point. Sad.

Really not happy, thinking about switching a practice.
Every single time I am there, I have to wait at least 30 minutes for a doctor, don't forget this is schedule app.
Once when I came I waited 30 minutes to find out after I ask, that doctor is still not there.
Staff and doctors are nice, but the waiting issue is really bothering me. They Have no respect for parents time.
And there is couple nurses they really seems like have no idea what they doing. I don't feel confident with this place, just don't have trust in them.

I loved this place the first 3 visits. I just had an appointment for my sons 4 months shots and checkup. The doctors are great. But the girl giving my son the shots obviously doesnt know children! Everyone who knows children knows that they flail their legs around. After she gave the shot he flailed his legs and she stabbed him. Im definitely switching.

If you love your kids, I recommend taking them somewhere else.
They NEVER have sick appointments.
They fail to document important information (ex: severe allergies and a "Mongolian spot" birthmark...then they interrogate you as if they haven't seen it/spoke about it with you before)
My son's "doctor" has called him the wrong name/gender multiple times.
And Mckenzie... The know-it-all medical assistant who needs to stay in her own lane.
St Luke's has expanded too big, too fast and the quality has decreased SIGNIFICANTLY. Save yourself a headache and travel a little further for better care

My wife called in worried that our 8 month old daughter has a case of pink eye. The receptionist who she spoke to instead of doing the right thing and saying okay stop on by we will squeeze you in, goes; "All of 'sick' appointments are full just send a photo to my chart."

This is deplorable patient care and I am appalled to know that this is how they take care of their patients. I worked in medical offices for over 10 years and I know that whenever we had something pop up it was never brushed to the side. We would fit them in somehow someway.

I truly hope this review is eye opening and others understand that this is not appropriate patient care of any level or standard.

As another reviewer stated, it is impossible to receive a sick visit appointment for my child. I call the day of, as soon as their phones turn on, and I am always told that there are no appointments available. I rarely take my sons to the doctor, but when the doctor herself suggests that my son be seen and I finally get an appointment on a Saturday morning in Bethlehem, we receive a call a half hour before that the appointment has been cancelled due to “provider emergency”. I understand things come up, but it is absolutely unacceptable that I can never get my child in for a sick visit. We love Dr. McLaughlin, but will be switching pediatricians as this is completely unacceptable. Not to mention that I am always more than understanding and patient when I have to wait forever in the waiting room for my son’s appointment.
