I've had bbnt as long as they existed. Honestly only because I got grandfathered in with knbt. I was going to change banks on account of the horrible customer service I delt with at the Whitehall location! I personally go out of my way no matter where I am at to go to the Northampton location! The women are beyond pleasant, and always go to the next level to accommodate you. It is only due to this location that I am still a customer of this bank.

The teller was very friendly and knowledgeable

Horrible customer service. Every time I have come in since opening an account the clerks have been extremely rude. The clerk today literally huffed and puffed because I brought in our business deposits in safety sealed bags and didn’t include the 42 cents on the deposit slip. This isn’t the first time a clerk has been disrespectful and demeaning like this. I will be going to a different Truist for now on and if this customer service remains I’ll go to a completely different bank. Unacceptable to treat people who are brining their money to a bank the way they do in Northampton.

One woman behind the desk is extremely rude. She has a nasty attitude that needs to changed. GET RID OF HER.

Opened an account a week ago only to have it be locked. On the phone for two hours only for them to tell me that I have to go to the bank. Went there and they told me they had to call a number but the line was closed. Had to go back to the bank told them what I needed and they acted like it was the first time they ever had that request and then after all that they to tell me my account was closed. Waste of time. They also do NOT listen at all. I had to repeat myself constantly. Would not use ever again.

Awful customer service, everytime I try speaking with a clerk it’s always attitude and no explanation. Can’t even receive withdrawal slips without showing an ID to fill one out?

They're extremely rude, arrogant, and unhelpful. They will close your account without warning(during the holidays)and then you have to chase them and call around to find out where your money went (oh and the way they make you aware is a email that says your account balance is $0 no reason attached just your account is $0)and then hopefully hopefully a month later you'll hopefully finally get your money in the mail. Do yourself a favor and go to PNC they're the easiest to deal with but there are alot of choices in the same area. Anyone will be better and treat you better. This company and their workers are garbage.

To call and asked if I can open a new account. But excuse me but no. Make an appointment. That’s ok another bank will take me. I will be closing my joint account

Real Jerks, The lady who I was talking to on the phone was extremely rude to me. Will NOT be doing business with them again.
