Had really good service from Landon, don't know if I spelt his name correct. Upgraded my phone from note 8 to note 22ultra and got a watch as well. Mad the whole process super simple and got me the absolute best price available. Highly recommend going to see him!

Bryan went above and beyond to help my mom with her purchase for the phone she wanted today. He not only stayed longer than needed but made sure everything was good and correct before leaving the store to make sure everything was good to go for us. We greatly appreciate how well we were treated today and it certainly did not go unnoticed. It was a wonderful experience to have Bryan as our associate tonight. My mom and I thank him immensely for his patience and kindness with my children and his help with everything.

When we arrived, it was very busy. Jess was helping a customer and was able to simultaneously help another, assist her co-worker with a problem, help us with our phones and help another customer with their bill. I don't know what she is paid, but I guarantee it's not enough! She was vwry knowledgeable, helpful and friendly!

Essential businesses like yours that have the ability to make modifications to remain open during this uncertain time have been greatly affected not only by the lack of new business and sales but are dealing with extra complaints from unsatisfied customers by something you cannot control. Which in turn leaves staff grumpy and unwilling to provide excellent customer service. I’m happy to report my experience today with Jess was top notch customer service that made my visit quick and easy. She was very helpful to give me the information I needed about my account and assisted me in purchasing the correct accessories for my tablet and iPhone. Also, she was upbeat, curious and a pleasure to deal with. In addition I’d like to say...Thank you for allowing your business to remain open and safe.

ELSIE was so pleasant, patient, courteous and helpful. My friend was helping me by paying my bill and she handled everything efficiently and deserves a raise. From what my friend said those girls at that store are always that way. Appreciate the staff you have for it is not often to have such sweet ladies as staff not gender specific, but that is what he said. Thank you ladies for taking care of my good friend. Those are hard to come by as well.

I had the privilege to work with Jess. She was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. She help me get the results I was looking for. While I am not tech savvy, she did not mock or take advantage. She is the employee who goes above and beyond for her customers. And it shows in her professional manner in which she talks to you. Joe was working by himself on MEMORIAL DAY and handled everyone in the store efficiently as he could. At first I thought it would be a much longer wait but he handled everyone’s needs in a timely fashion. He deserves a raise or a management position

Joe @ Russell Cellular was very professional over the phone when I called. He was super knowledgeable and helpful! When we arrived for our appt., he again answered all my questions about my phone purchase, the sale costs, every detail was covered and he was super patient, polite and thorough! Jess went above and beyond to help me take care of my son's broken phone. She helped me take care of many issues that came up and did not stop till everything was straitened out and he got his new phone which she then set up for me the next day. Can not thank her enough for her kindness and patience.

I went into store right before the female agent ( red head )was leaving, but she stayed. Answering all my questions, looking for savings, and set up my whole new phone . An amazing employee ..this was my 2nd time using her services. She went beyond her job description!

A big thank you to Jess for her help today at the hometown verison store. I've had issues with trying to return a verison product through the mail and she took the time to help me, and sure enough she figured out what I needed to know. Thanks again...jess sure made my day.

Bryan provided fast, clever, and congenial help with getting me switched over to Verizon. AT&T kept dropping my phone from their Network because it wasn't bought from them and greed overrules valuing customers at AT&T. Since they couldn't get me to buy a "free" phone that you pay for unless you remain hostage under contract for the 36 month term, which is typical, but without any notice, AT&T dropped my service, while continuing to bill me, and technical support couldn't figure out the trouble. Last year it was resolved within 1 week and a whopping $20 credit was given for the inconvenience. This time, after 8 days, 38 hours of calls, and visits to the store (store people were good), I left AT&T after 25 years and received $25 for the inconvenience. Still have to pay the bill and they kept charging another line to the account every the they thought replacing the sim card would work. Without being able to receive texts thanks to AT&T, Bryan had to be creative and figured out a way to Port my phone over to Verizon and did it. It is only a few dollars more expensive, I have to set up autopay and try for a certain discount, and pay activation fee and Sim card, but I can now make calls from home and other places where AT&T does not have reception. AT&T dropped support of our microcell and expected us to by another device but we simply bought phones with wifi calling to make calls from our home where AT&T no longer had reception. I wish I would have made the switch sooner because loyalty is not honored by AT&T. Hoping for a better time with Verizon. If Bryan is any example of the service, I'll be a happy customer.

Great service, no waiting. They made sure everything was good with the new phones before we left the store. They even checked my account to make sure I was aware of all the charges.
