AT&T Store

Asdrubal Rojaset was one of the best representatives we’ve had since joining AT&T. Loved that he was able to have conversations with us while waiting for my old phone to transfer to my new phone. Made everything so quick and easy.

I went to upgrade my latest phone. I received excellent service from Theresa, Att's Tamaqua Rep. She is patient with me and answered all my questions regarding the phone and the plans price.

My only negative remark is that no matter when you go, there always seems to be a wait. That said, even though I've walked in with some very complicated issues, I've found everyone to be as helpful and professional as can be. Even when they ultimately couldn't fix the problem, I watched them do everything they could within their capabilities.

I went into the att store to trade my old phone is. Troyn at the Tamaqua store was so kind and quick to help me have the fast experience I ever had in any phone store. We did my trade in with no issues and the transaction went smoothly.

Dalton was extremely educated on everything and so helpful! He made it so pleasurable! I didn’t like that both girls working there went to their supper break at the same time and it got very busy in there and Dalton was the only person available…people had to wait forever for service…I felt bad for Dalton about that! He is great!

Saamantha and the other associates are excellent. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. I had questions on the S23 Ultra concerning the dual sim setup. Samantha knew all the answers to my concerns and understood my needs. I ordered the S23 Ultra that I needed. One thing I would like to see in the AT&T stores is a larger selection of accessories for the Samsung products like they have for the iPhone.

Sarah was very helpful, I highly recommend anyone with any issue visit this store and speak with her. She was polite, quick, and understood I didn't have long to stay. First time I visited an ATT and felt like my opinion mattered more than them making a sale, she even saved me money by noticing an issue on account and fixing it. She solved 4 issues in one visit and it didn't take long, nice to see someone good at their job. Highly recommend her.

I went in to be added to my fiancés line and also inquire about new phones and was greeted immediately by Dalton and was very satisfied with him. Took so much time that he had to stay later but it was no bother to him as he didn’t complain or start to rush the process that it. But I was happy and left with 2 new phone and 2 new watches …

Theresa greeted upon entering store. She was very knowledgeable and confident in the product. I was very pleased with the accessories that Theresa picked out for me. She gave me her full attention while multitasking when other customers came in. Theresa thank you for making me your number one priority.

Victoria was super fantastic. She was very understanding of the situation of our transfers. Very patient with us. Sam pawned us off to Victoria which worked out great. And Dalton was a great big help to me when asking him some questions. Thank you Victoria. I could not have done it without you.

Samantha made my experience very pleasant. She’s very informative & was extremely helpful. She had an answer to all my questions! She is the best sales rep at that store and an amazing person! Glad I had the pleasure to have her beautiful soul in my life today.

The employee Dalton helped me with a phone upgrade as well as other things. He was great and always tried to help me in the best way possible. I have my new phone and it's perfect because of the great help that he was.

Dalton was wonderful to work with. He was very informative and answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond to get my new phone up and running. Employees like Dalton are very hard to find these days!

Theresa is very pleasant and professional and a great big help. Explains things so you understand, friendly and makes you feel comfortable to work with. I would recommend her to all my friends and family.

Sarah, Samantha & Kelly were the absolute best!! Not only were they extremely helpful & did everything we needed easy & quick, but they went above & beyond as well! They were exceptional at their jobs, so sweet to my infant & even put the football game on for us. I would most definitely recommend this store to anyone based on the fast & easy service & the super friendly staff. They know what they’re doing & it shows!!

Sarah was amazing to have as a retail specialist. She was very thorough and helped me with all my questions and more. She also went into every detail on my account to make sure I have the best of the best. If you go in the Tamaqua location definitely go to Sarah!

I will recommend everyone go there! They definitely take their time they work with you if there’s any issue! I switched over from Verizon I had trouble with customer service online so I went in store instead and the sales rep Samantha went above and beyond to help fix the error that the customer service rep over the phone caused. I can see from the mangers down to the sales rep they are all professional and very understanding.

Kelly was the absolute best help in in your local store in Hometown Pa. She is the reason At&t gained a new customer , and why Verizon lost a customer they had for over 25 years. I have never had such a great experience, and understanding of my phone , account and payments!! She is the only reason I felt confident to do a switch.
She deserves a raise and a huge Shout out!!

Had a bit of a hard problem to solve, but when I went into store, Johnathan went above and beyond to solve it and help me make sure everything was as good as could be with my plan afterwards, all while being personable and friendly. 10/10 great experience.
