We’ve had great customer service from quite a few people.
I want to Give a shout out to Dan -he sold us a grill in the summer, and he’s now in the front directly with all customers. He’s great to work with! Great asset to the company!

Most people who have to frequent the Home Depot loath the experience. I, however, love it. Sure, are there times when I’m frustrated when I can’t find what I need. But I have to say, my pro desk team at my local store go above and beyond the call of duty. They know me by name, they know what I want, and they know how to provide it. They’re far and away better than the local companies’ service departments. Store 3105, they’ve got me covered.

I don't usually leave positive feedback for corporate stores, but these folks actually do a great job. I sometimes place orders online and do curbside pickup, they are prompt and friendly to bring my items out regardless of size or weather. I needed a pallet of blocks for planter curb this summer, they forklifted them carefully and thoughtfully into the back of my Transit van, making sure they were balanced evenly for ride quality. We recently ordered cabinets for our kitchen and Connie was prompt, responsive, and informative. Great to deal with her and anyone else that has helped us in this store. I only recently learned of their Military Discount, which is why I had sadly wasted a lot of time and money at the competitor in blue across the highway. Thank you Home Depot staff for doing a great job and not just searching for hiding spots between clock in and clock out, like your competitor seems to do.

The whole paint department staff was amazing. They were all patient and helped in any way they could. Jon was awesome and deserves a raise lol. He helped me make a custom paint that was no longer being made. 10/10 visit and highly recommend you shop here.

Shopping at home Depot is very easy. Miles are clearly labeled and the workers will help get you the item you're looking for without issue. It took me less than 5 minutes to identify the aisle and find the product and return check out. Simple as that!

Came in today to get a Christmas tree and stand. Dan w was freaking awesome so helpful I am a single dad so it was great to have someone be so nice. The tree looks great my daughter is so happy. Thank you again Dan I will for sure be back at home Depot.

I've gone to Home Depot for years, today I went in to pick up my online order and Terri was the CS Associate. SHE was so helpful, funny and professional. I'd like to thank Home Depot for such a great employee, Terri was fantastic!

Granted, it's a "box store," by design. Yet, today, I was greeted by at least 4 folks in orange vests in a very, very, busy store! Of course it's busy, the sun is shining in NW Montana!

One gal in plumbing actually offered help twice in only about 5 minutes time. Kudos guys and gals!

The staff here at the Kalispell Home Depot never miss a chance to ask if you need help. I am always amazed at their ability to tell you exactly where the most obscure items are located. The other day I was looking for an uncommon temperature control. I looked around all the aisles I could think of without luck. I finally ask one of the staff and he told me the aisles, the bay, where in the bay and what the package looked like. He was exactly right. The box had dust on it so I knew it had been sitting undisturbed for awhile. Sometimes it scary how the staff at the Kalispell Home Depot can retain so much information.

Ashley at the customer service desk was extremely helpful and went over and above to help me with getting a replacement for a tub. Customer service like this is rare and extremely appreciated and I will continue to come to this home depot as a result of Ashley's attention please and excellent customer service

This is my preferred hardware store in the valley. They are usually well stocked, much better supply than Lowe's with better prices than the Ace Hardwares in the area. Unless I need something quirky, like a replacement part for something ancient, I usually go here. If I need something quirky, I go to Ace. Also, Home Depot online orders for store pickup works really well. I made the mistake of ordering online from Lowes for store pickup and it was a nightmare of missing items and long waits.

Without a doubt, one of the most well organized, clean and fully stocked stores I've been to.

The associates were polite friendly and knowledgeable. The Management was working with a smile all had pleasant attitudes.

I had gone to a competitor but did not get much help from that store seemed to be short staffed. Went to Home Depot across the way and was in and out in 15 minutes. Thank you for your quick service. I had needed wood cut I may not have bought much this time but I still feel I am just as important as someone whom is buying a big order I will be going to Home Depot from now on.

Had a great experience here. Needed a cement mixer really bad. They only had one left sitting on the floor in the wrong spot so no price tag. The wrong upc sticker was slapped over the right one so when it was pulled off it destroyed the right UPC barcode. It took about 15 min + to finally sell it to me. Patience got me $20 off, thanks Home Depot 😁

I was really appreciative of all the help this time. Things have really improved. I live an hour and a half away. As early as a year ago when I called in for some white pine, the associate I talked to told me he didn't have time and to come find it myself. 🙃 spoke to the floor manager and haven't really gone back since. This is 180 degrees turn around. Love the difference👍👍👍
