CJ's Heating and Cooling

I recently had Caleb from CJ's Heating & Cooling examine my fireplace and basement stove. He meticulously tested both units, turning them off and on multiple times without any issues. Even when running them simultaneously, everything worked perfectly. Caleb took into account the conversion from propane to natural gas, a recent thermocouple change, and a previous check by UGI for gas pressure. Despite occasional problems during extreme cold, he suggested heavy winds might be a factor.

Caleb's thoroughness extended to his explanations throughout the process, demonstrating a commendable level of expertise. His honesty and transparency were truly appreciated. Given this positive experience, I've decided to trust CJ's not only for fireplace servicing but also for any future electrical needs. I value their professionalism and Caleb's expertise, making them my go-to for heating, cooling, and electrical services.

I use CJ's to service my HVAC units. Automated email/text reminders let me know of appointments and when the tech is on their way to my home. They are always knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The techs replace filters for me after cleaning the units and provide any applicable tips or information that can help keep my units running better longer.

These guys really are the best. I had been looking for a professional and reliable place that could service my heat pumps and boiler and I'm glad I reached out to CJ's. I've been dealing with Chris and Caleb - they are both very detail oriented and take the time to actually learn the equipment you have and do the work properly without rushing. Lindsay has also been amazing at scheduling and answering all my questions. Will definitely continue having them out every year for service.

I called CJs on the recommendation of a friend who had used them for several jobs and was very happy with them. And what can I say? They didn't treat me like an idiot, they turned up when they said they would, worked hard all day, were always ready and able to explain which part of the work they were performing and how it was going, and they were professional and courteous.
