Just want to give a shoutout to Paul for excellence in service. Had bought our car here, and found out we had the wrong key for our wheel locks when the tire went flat from a metal bracket jammed into it.

Not only did Paul come to our home to see if he could help, but he bought a tire plug kit and got dirty fixing the hole in our tire!

Paul Franek is a conscientious sales man ....sounds like an oxymoron but he truly is a guy that looks out for the people. Hinkley is a fair dealership that get a to know the person and the situation they might be dealing with to find them a fair deal on a good car. Friendly and honest service

Buyer beware! Would not by a car from here again. I have bought many used cars, and never had the amount of problems as I have with the car I purchased from here. I was told multiple times that it was a great car and passed their check out with flying colors. In the past year, I have had the same problem with the same part going bad 3 times. The insurance they forced me to buy won't cover it any more. When trying to have a civil discussion with Mr. Hinkley in regards to this most recent time, I was told "he would not have a discussion with me" and hung up on me. Gail is also incredibly unprofessional. No clue how they have stayed in business and gained loyal customers.

If there was an option for 0 stars, you can bet I would give it.

John is VERY unprofessional and is not a man of his word. He is a snake and only cares about his commission and payments. Once you walk out that door, you are on your own. Bought a used Ford , and had problems from the moment it was driven off the lot (smoking up from the engine bay) . The WHOLE engine block dropped out of the bay and ripped all the cables and sensors out with it. After telling John about this incident he promised to put $500 towards the repairs (as it had only been a couple of weeks of owning the vehicle) . It has been months now and still no check.
Naturally, I went there to talk to him and he told me, "do you want your $500? Then keep quiet" . VERY RUDE and a SNAKE of a person. Do not make a promise you can't live up to. Will be sure to spread the word of the HORRIBLE customer service and let everyone i know who the REAL John Matthews is.

I got my Saturn Vue here a little over a year ago. I've had NOTHING but problems with it. I've replaced the transmission, axels, wheel bearings, head gaskets. I got the vehicle for 6 grand and have put over 3 in into it. And on top of all this my floor floods when it rains. For much for a safe vehicle for my 1 year old son.
