Avis Car Rental

I rent from the Colmar location frequently for one way rentals to/from PHL when traveling for business. This is top notch location, with outstanding service from Barshion and his team.
I highly recommend the Avis Colmar location for all your car rental needs!
And if you rent on weekends, you maybe lucky enough to work with Mark E, he’s the best! 🙂

I have used Avis a couple times over the years, but my most recent experience was one of my greatest. Shawn (Colmar, PA location) went above and beyond to help me with the entire process, and even went out of his way to correct some issues I had on the back end. Can't say enough about his customer service, and I will be sure to only go through Shawn for all my future rentals knowing I am working with the best.

I usually do one way rentals to/from the airport and working with Mark E has always been a pleasure.. he works out of Kulpsville and was also at Colmar on Sunday when I went for pickup..when I saw him behind the counter, I knew I’d be taken care of well. Thanks for a great personable experience!

The staff was fantastic even though the car wasn't great. I was checked out quickly and the gentleman was very friendly. He also took the time to make note of my complaint.

Our last rental, picked up from Colmar PA, went really great. The agent (Mark E.) who helped us on pickup was fantastic, and so was the agent (did’t get his name) at drop-off. We will definitely rent from the Colmar PA store again in the future.

Mark was great during our rental process. He made it quick and efficient during a stressful time.

Mark E helped us get a car 20 mins before closing. Our car had to fix at the last minute. So getting a car to go to work the next day was needed and Mark made it happen.

Shawn is great at this location and he’s always the reason I come to this location!!

So convenient to be able to drop off the car locally instead 9f having to go all the way to the airport! The gentleman who helped us couldn't have been nicer, the location is immaculate. We have nothing but great things to share about the vehicle, the service, and the rental cost. Kudos to Avis!

The five stars are for the staff at the location and their willingness to help. They were professional when I picked up the last reservation on 6/18. However, Avis targets people in a very deceitful and dishonest way that I am extremely disturbed about. I was emailed an offer to book with Avis at a 30% discounted rate, aside from the pay now function on their website. When I got the detailed bill of what I was charged, I found A 5% discount that was nothing close to what I was led to believe by Avis and their website. I urge everyone who will rents from Avis to be vigilant in what they’re getting, especially booking online. Avis really changed my perception of their customer experience and their lack of concern. This review isn’t mean for the people at the location in Colmar as they are the most positive part of my experience.

Barshon and his staff have always been extremely helpful with all of my rentals. I have options to use other locations that are more convenient, but I choose to use the Colmar location because of the relationship I've been able to have with the people there.

I for years have a mini monthly business lease with this location. This location has gone above and beyond any business could for someone. Avis front office isnt the greatest but when u have people down at the front lines like at this location they make it all worth it. They are simply the best people and the owner is one amazing guy! Keep up the great work and thank you for always doing the best for me!!

Avis in Colmar - Barshion is excellent with his customer care. Never had a bad experience with this location/staff.

We rented a car through Avis on Thanksgiving at BWI. We had issues with the rental company we originally booked through and Avis was a GREAT backup. The price to rent the car at BWI and drop off in CHS was close to $900. We found a cheaper rate once we go to our designation through enterprise. We went to drop off the car we had through Avis at this location. We explained the whole situation to the guy that was working and he HOOKED us up. He gave us promo codes and it came in A LOT cheaper than we through. We asked if he could match the rate we received at another rental and he was able to get close to the price we needed.
I didn’t get his name but this guy who helped us on Black Friday 2019 was THE BEST!!! He went above and beyond for us and we appreciate it SOO much. For sure the BEST customer service I have ever received in a long time. Thank you so much!!!!!
