I went into the store yesterday due to a phone battery issue. Kelsey was a great help in setting me up with a new phone and transferring my info. She was professional and very knowledgeable. As I left the store with my husband the first thing I said was” that was great customer service”! I recommend Kelsey and this store highly!

The in store service person was fantastic! Very helpful plus knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. The whole experience was more positive that I anticipated. Oh, hot two new phones plus set-up and transfer from old phones. Would gladly deal with her again!

After going on a honeymoon and swimming around with my phone in my bathing suit for 10 minutes, I was in need of a replacement. After getting back to the United States I went to a Verizon dealer (won't say which one specific). Sales associate did not seem to want to lift a finger to do anything or help me replace my damaged phone. I was in need of a replacement ASAP due to a job in the medical profession.

I ended up at the Verizon Store in East Greenville PA. I walked in and Kristal asked how can I help you. After that the experience was a complete 360 from the prior Verizon associate. Kristal was exceptional. Not only did she provide me with a new phone, she helped me transfer all of my data, and was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend visiting the Verizon in East Greenville and can only hope every sales associate is as knowledgeable, customer friendly, and hard working as Kristal.
