AT&T Store

Both associates in the store were super helpful and SO kind. I always love every experience when i go in there. Every single time i upgrade my phone, i do it in the store instead of online so i know it can be a lengthy process. I’m aware that when i go in, I’ll be sitting for quite some time, so it’s nice to go into people who like to talk like me lol. 10/10 experience.

I am giving Miguel the sales associate at the east greenville store 5+ review. He is always so pleasant, patient and always so very helpful. He has helped us a few times in the past with certain issues and like today's experience he once again nailed it! We appreciated his help very much!

We had 3 upgrades to phones this past week and I was very pleased how the Manager Kaitlyn and Associate Miguel treated us. Worked to get all the data transferred, and even when I had to go back 2 other times in the same day (my issue) MIguel was very helpful and very patient. Store was clean and very in order. Kudos to the Manager and Staff.

Michaela was absolutely phenomenal! She was such a personable girl, very knowledgeable, and a great asset to the company! She got me hooked up with a brand new phone, and gave me a genuinely wonderful experience! I left there feeling like I'd known her forever 🙂🙂

Kaitlin and Michaela were super helpful with all the questions I had about moving onto my own plan. These girls were super sweet and made my day! Will be going to this store again in the future.

I needed to upgrade my phone and Kaitlyn was very knowledgeable and I got the Free GalaxyS23+ with my Galaxy S10 trade in. She transferred all my data on to my new device and helped me with all my questions on the new phone.

First ime I've ever bought a "renewed" cell phone elsewhere. Took it into the store for final wrap up and to make sure I had done everything correctly. The young lady, sorry did not get her name, was a dear and had me finished in two minutes. Must admit I've avoided this particular store because of not so nice staff. All good now!

There was only one young man working the Sunday we went to purchase a new phone. He maintained professionalism and was definitely knowledgeable. The entire process was difficult by no fault of the employee. He was engaging and assisted us every step on the way. No stone was left unturned. Thank you for such exceptional service!

Went to the store this morning to try to get an unlocked flip phone set up for my 89 year old stepfather to have for emergencies. Kristal was excellent! So nice and helpful! We were going to use it as a prepaid, but she showed me some options and we actually put him on our plan and saved money by starting autopay. Kristal sure knows her stuff!!!

We absolutely love this store and Josh! He is always helpful, friendly and quick! We appreciate being able to get in and get out quickly with exactly what we want in hand. We go to this store for the entire family and recommend it to everyone!

My old phone just wasn’t holding a charge very well, went to Pennsburg ATT. Miguel was extremely helpful, we looked at all the possibilities why, it was determined it was the age of the phone -7 years old. Miguel looked at all the options for a trade in and came up with a good deal. He was very pleasant and gave me each option for the differences in the pro & pro max phones. Very pleased with the service he provided, definitely a 10 out of 10!!

Had a bit of an unorthodox issue heading into the East Greenville location, but Kristal handled everything with genuine aplomb and professionalism. She explained things in a manner that was easy for my wife and I to understand, and made the whole experience simple and painless. Thanks!

They were very pleasant with my children and helped make our first experience with At&t non-stressful! Buying multiple lines and services with 3 children is not easy, but they made it painless. Bonnie was very polite. Helpful and understanding. She try a number of things to fix the problems with my old phone but in the end it was not working. She found a good deal on my new phone and I am very happy. Thank you Bonnie.

Just got my phones and plan upgraded at this store and the experience was, by far, the best one we have ever had at AT&T. Was especially impressed with how friendly, patient and knowledgeable the staff was. Bring older I am not particularly tech oriented, but they made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. I will never go anywhere else. The manager, Shawnee, was particular helpful.

Not only was Rebecca incredibly friendly, helpful knowledgeable, and efficient, but when I had stopped in two days ago, Bonnie was just as great! Much better attitude and demeanor of staff at East Greenville than I had experienced at the AT&T store I used to go to. To my friends in the Lehigh Valley, I'd encourage to come down here.

Went back to the store today (October 20th) to purchase wireless ear buds but also to ask a billing question. Krystal may not have completely resolved my billing issue, but she took time to review my account and to answer my questions as best she could. I greatly appreciate that.
