Amy Reynolds, DO

I feel very lucky to have Dr. Reynolds as my PCP. She’s kind, caring and is always very thorough in how she handles any health problems you have. She doesn’t hesitate to reach out to other doctors on your team if she sees a problem. She gives you plenty of time during an office visit and pays attention to what you say. Her staff is always kind and quick to call me back or call in prescriptions when needed.

Dr. Reynolds is very caring and compassionate. Her staff is professional. I have referred other patients to her and they feel the same way. Our family feels very blessed to have found her.

Dr. Amy Reynolds is very thorough, caring, & professional. She takes time listening & asks strategic questions. Dr. Reynolds goes beyond the norm.

Dr Reynolds is a very thorough. Straight to the point. A very good Dr. and I have seen enough of them to know!

She is very busy. All the time, can be hard to get in at times.

At first thay cared, and was great, but now they become a "dime a dozen" type of drs. office. Mainly though her staff, and N.P.

I am only giving 1 star because the office staff is very rude, treat patients terrible, and have no professional manners whatsoever! Amy Reynolds is the only person/ DO in the office with a bedside type manner. Do not recommend this office solely because of the office staff and that is sad because Amy Reynolds is so very nice!

I love Dr Reynolds herself, however Amanda and the staff will leave you suffering in pain the whole weekend!! I called Thursday and left a message for a medication refill, called 3 times today, Friday and left a message, they wait till the end of business day to finally call me back to tell me they wont refill my medication that helps with the joint pain that I've been having since Dec 2017 and no one can figure out what's causing the pain, they want me to take some kind of medication that's main purpose is treating malaria!! They are refusing to give me a low does steroid, the only thing that helps the pain, its not like I'm asking for pain pills!! And the nurse claims she didn't get my message yesterday!!! They had to wait to till Dr Reynolds had left the office to call me back today. Now I have to go either sit at the er or medwell tonight to get the medication I need because Amanda is refusing to treat me!!!

This office has the hardest time getting back to you. I have been waiting months for them to find a solution for a problem with my hips and it's very painful to just be dealing with it. They are not welcoming when you come in for your appointment either. Just very dissatisfying overall

I would question her protocol and standard of ethics. Very unprofessional when called to task.
