Had her do a 2015 refile and it got so messed up that I’m still dealing with issue with the irs 3 years later. She somehow messed up my status on first time home buyers credit. Sent in the form saying I was military... nothing was done correctly. I gave her a chance to fox but she isn’t interested. Been working with another professional who is trying to fix it. Save yourself the headache and move on

They received my taxes from my accountant, who passed away. After months, I was able to track my taxes, only to have these guys mess my stuff up, and my 2020 taxes are still not done. When I went to get my paperwork she could not find it.

Called to ask a question and see if I could come in to get help with a form and was treated as if I was asking for some type of handout? I suppose because I didn't need help with my whole tax return, only a specific form. I felt very insulted by the way I was talked to!

Really, really bad experience. Would not recommend getting taxes done here.
