Just shopped for few small electrical items. Store was clean, well organized, easy to navigate to locate what I was looking for. An employee in appliances was helpful in my search.

I stopped in to the Carlisle pike Lowe’s location today and I have to say, I was absolutely blown away by the experience I had. I just wanted to get on here today to give some positive feedback since we don’t always receive that and it is so important to let people know when they are appreciated!

Todays date, 1-30-2024 I entered this Lowe’s location at around 9am and strolled for about 40 minutes and within that time frame I have to say not one, not two, but literally every single employee I ran into there today (and there were MANY on floor today) EVERY SINGLE one of them, either stopped to say hello and asked me how my day was going, asked me if I needed any help, gave me great advice on certain sections to check out in the store, or simply just gave me the most genuine heart felt smile. Not one employee there today missed a beat! I strolled around the entire store too so believe me when I say I probably ran into everyone that was working and every single one of them made me feel right at home. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this. To all of you working today, please know that your kindness did not go unnoticed, your kindness may change the course of someone’s day in such big ways you may never even know it, and I can only hope and pray that all of your customers are giving that same kindness and respect right back at you because you guys deserve all of that and more!!! Please give these employees a raise! Every single one of them were working diligently, multitasking like absolute champs, and all the while keeping such a positive and upbeat energy !!! I admire this so much! From beginning to the end at my self check out this was a ten star visit. Keep it up guys and no matter what comes your way, stay the awesome people that you are because I truly believe your kindness and positivity will spread like wild fire. You guys absolutely rock!!!
PS. Although this review probably has many grammatical errors PLEASE post this in your break room because I want all of you to know how amazing you are! Please let your employees know they were truly noticed today for what great human beings they are.

I have been to many Lowe's and I have worked there too. What sets this Lowe's apart is the fact that they have direct competition right down the road with Home Depot! What does that mean for you? They try harder than the average lows because they know you have a choice! It may not be the biggest that you've ever been in but they are clean neat and organized. If you're into all the battery operated tools they have a large selection of these as well as gas powered equipment. I like taking advantage of their Appliance deals when I cannot get something from a local vendor. And as you can see they are pet friendly too. The area what's this store is located it's very friendly to pitbulls so we like taking our dog with us.

Martha at customer service was a very pleasant lady. He took care of my issue with a smile. That is the type of customer service. All companies should have

Easy drive up service. I enjoy not having to go into the store. The store is nice, but I have trouble focusing. I see other departments and end up looking at lots of items.

Brad was wonderful and helped us make a great decision about a grill. He’s very knowledgeable about the specs, and was very transparent about the grills we were reviewing. Corrie and Terrie fought tooth and nail to get the last grill on the floor we were inquiring about. Thank you for great service!

Good store and actually helpful people. Wish all Lowe's were like this location.

Returned from vacation to discover the freezer of my 10 year old kitchen refrigerator was not functioning. After a few calls to my local appliance store and some repair services, we decided upon replacement instead of repair. We prefer to support local small businesses when we can. Unfortunately, our favorite appliance store could not accommodate our needs this time. Lowe's had the particular make & model we wanted at an excellent price and available within 2 weeks. My usual appliance store's price matched Lowe's, but they couldn't be sure when they could get that particular model for us. Based on availability, THEY recommended we get it from Lowe's. So we did. The sales rep was very helpful. He was available to answer questions as I inspected all the refrigerator options on their floor, but he did not hover. Once I decided on my purchase, the actual buying process went quickly & smoothly. We are now scheduled for delivery, which unfortunately is only once a week in our rural area. I will update this review after delivery.
UPDATE regarding DELIVERY:
The delivery went flawlessly. The delivery men arrived promptly and were extremely efficient. They needed to remove a door to get the new fridge in the house. They had all the proper tools to do so. They executed that requirement easily and without damage to the doorframe or walls. Installation and full set-up of the new appliance went quickly. They removed the old fridge just as easily; replaced the door on its hinges and cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with the whole evolution.

Awesome...what can you say it's Lowes...Great Memorial Day Weekend for planting some flowers and getting our balcony set up for the season at our place...Lowes selection and quality of flowers is amazing...We got out early today to beat the crowds...got in, got what we needed and got out...no line at checkout...beautiful day today!

They had everything we needed. The cashier rang us up on the self checkout, was a nice change from doing it yourself.

Went smoothly. Staff is friendly.

I used the self-service lockers to pick up my item, and it was the first time I ever used that anywhere. I found the. To be quick and easy and all around super awesome. Very “George Jetson”

The employees are always so helpful in Lowe's. The aisles are wide enough and uncluttered that I can find everything I need. Even for things that are not possible, the employees show me ways to make it possible. I appreciate all the staff working at Lowe's.

Very helpful staff guided me to get all the materials I needed for a project.

Dude was cool pulled box off shelf and found what I wanted ... Good Customer service to the man that helped me find the East wing shingle stripper

Went to get Private Property signs and to check out their Halloween decorations. They have a lot of Halloween blow ups to choose from. Clean store.

I was on the West Shore and wanted to stop in to check out outdoor furniture. The selection was not really there and outdoor furniture is so expensive now!!!! They had a great selection of Halloween items with Christmas waiting on skids on the other side of the aisle. Please can we not have two months of Christmas! Anyway, I do feel like for some better stuff I prefer Lowe's over Home Depot but not for a lot of things. I have begun to shop both stores now to find what I need.

I went to lowe’s to buy bathtub door. He really helped me to find a good quality product. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend him. Will definitely come back here in future.
