Brian, my tow truck driver, was great! He showed up within a reasonable amount of time even though he was slammed, he had a positive and helpful attitude, Sarah answered the phone right away when I called both times and kept me updated on the ETA of the driver and relayed all the information I asked her too with a smile in her voice. I think a lot of these other reviewers have not dealt with a lot of tow truck companies, because I have had far worse experiences with other companies.

I highly recommend Pine Grove Auto Sales. I dealt with Jason. I called to inquire about a Hyuandai Santa Fe. Jason answered all my questions, very Professionally, and directed me to the website, and had my wife and I approved on it in 20 - 30 minutes. Trade in my well used BMW for a Subaru WRX. I got more for my trade then I expected and I found some problems with the Subaru. I took it back to them no hassle no questions and they fixed it while I waited. Great experience overall.

Can't say enough good things. These guys took great care of myself and my family. Jason and Ken were both awesome and helped my family get into an awesome third row that was not unfairly priced. When I went in to finish and sat with Ken, I think I was out of there in like 30 mins. What a great exp!!!
