Best place for welding machine repairs.

took my welder to them twice, first tie they said nothing was wrong with it (under warranty) second time, same problem, they said it was a control board that would cost $975 plus 3 hours labor. we said to fix if under warranty, no warranty. I went to pick up the welder (small but still heavy for a small woman) the man told me I had to help him load it into my vehicle. I got it halfway in then he left go and walked away! When we called customer service only to find out the part would only cost $150 and would only take 20 minutes to install! needless to say I was VERY upset as was the gentleman at customer service at thermal arc! He could not aplogize enough for the terrible service I received at power tooling. I will never return there and neither will anyone I talk to! only giving 1 star cause I can not give no stars!
