dO wood fired

Seating isn't my fave and kinda heavy in smoke smell which is natural. Both times I ate there, I felt they were a LITTLE skimpy on toppings, but since I didn't take pics of the first time, I'll just talk about this time.

Wishing there were a few more toppings .. namely the mushroom on my sunshine special, I think it's called, which was a add on. And in general, for the other pizza. Other than that, it was pleasing to look at. When I took a bite, I tasted burnt .. i was confused, so I looked under, and it's darker than it should be. Is it edible ... yes. Surprisingly, not all the bites had a burnt taste... try figuring that out based on the pics. Overall, they were tasty. And I'll go back. I understand those ovens are like 700 degrees, and seconds in it make a difference. I'm not mad even with some of those burnt bites. Still tasty.

Excellent food. 1st time there, we stopped because we were looking for something gluten free to eat. Got a gluten free pizza, and a gluten free Italian hoagie. It was excellent. Will be back for sure!

Stopped here for a quick lunch on a Saturday. Server was attentive, food was hot and fresh and atmosphere was relaxed. We had a large pizza and some sandwiches. Appreciated that there was a vegetarian sandwich option and that the menu was simple and easy to figure out. They know what they do best there and they keep it at that. Something I admire.

Delicious & well made, pizza! Service was welcoming & accommodating! Will be back. Best pizza I've had in Irwin hands down!! My niece was very rambunctious, & the server was so kind & nice to us! Top Notch Staff!

Great place to dine in. Me and my gf went there to try them out. We absolutely love this place. We’re making our permanent pizza place. For now on while we are still in the area. The staff was very lovely and nice. We both got personal pizzas. Great taste highly recommend 10 out of 10.

This is one of the best, if not the best pizza I have ever had. By far the best pizza in the area. Nothing beats cooking the pizza in a wood fired oven. Not only is the pizza cooked to perfection everytime, but the ingredients they use are fresh and delicious. I have tried many variations of their pizzas, including one's that are on the menu and build your own and I have never been unsatisfied. Also, with the unlimited number of toppings and for the same price makes it quite a unique pizza shop. I would recommend dO wood fired pizza to anyone looking for a thin crust wood fired pizza for a great price.

Always delicious food. My favorite is the veggie dōwich. So, so good!! Nice chill atmosphere. Service is always good and friendly!

dO wood pizza is always some variant of great, but tonight it was exceptional! The folks down there totally rock and so does the pizza... especially on Valentines Day. I recommend the "Billie Jean" - AMAZING

Everything was SO GOOD. From the service, to the pizza, the sandwich, the side chips and the atmosphere. The pizza was perfectly cooked. I love the taste of wood fire grill the dough gets. The sandwich was made from the pizza dough, and was the best sandwich I have ever had out to eat. Staff was AWESOME! This will be a regular place for us! And it's BYOB!!

From the second we walked in the door, the staff was top notch. What an amazing place. The pizza was perfect. The salad I ordered was one of the best I've ever had, I asked the gentleman behind the counter to customize it for me, and he did an fantastic job. I cannot recommend this place enough, it is a must visit and I will definitely be back.

Hands down best Pizza shop in town! They go above and beyond taking care with making my food since I have a very serious food allergy.

This place is top of the line. The food was phenomenal and tasted very fresh. Service was fantastic. The owner, Mike, stopped over to make sure that everything from service to food had met our expectations. Lastly the place is BYOB which I didn't know my first time so keep that in mind. Can't wait to go back!!

The pizza was pretty fantastic! The crust is the star of the show here, but O have to mention that somehow, even though the pepperoni is under the cheese, it still seems to be crispy! That's some pizza voodoo! I love it!

I loved the atmosphere there. Great music and videos playing. Friendly, pleasant employees who seemed to enjoy working there.

Fantastic wood-fired pizza! And best of all, they allowed us to bring our non-dairy cheese and topped our pizza with it. Super friendly owner and staff! Highly recommend!!

The best wood fired pizza in Western Pa. Friendly service, all the toppings you need and not overpriced. You've got to try them in quaint Downtown Irwin.

Went here on recommendation from friends and boy am I glad I did. Service was awesome. Such friendly people. I absolutely love the smell inside. Wood, fire, pizza, it doesn’t get better than that. I love pizza, it’s my favorite food. And let me tell you, this might be the best pizza I’ve ever had. Ingredients were fresh. Sauce delicious. And the crust, definitely the best crust I’ve ever had. Perfectly crispy, great flavor. The only time I can go here is on Saturdays, and I will certainly make it as many Saturdays as I can!!! It’s a 10 out of 10 for me

Fantastic spot! My wife and I stopped in after a hike. The pizza was so good we ate the whole thing and ordered another to take home for the next day. The atmosphere was great. The staff is friendly and service was quick. We loved the BYOB as well, it was great to bring a growler from a brewery and enjoy it with our pizza. We'll definitely be back!
