Beautiful location. Great selection. Incredible staff. I stopped in on a rainy weekday and had the place to myself. The lady that assisted me provided great conversation and was very knowledgeable. The best part is they had native plants AND were competitively priced with the 'big box stores' so many people visit. It is well worth the trip to support a local business and someone that can provide sound planting guidance.

This is the first time that I have dealt with Bruce Nursery-I could not be more pleased. The plant stock is excellent and the service is outstanding. Dave, the owner, provided us with superb advice and it is quite obvious his knowledge of all types of plants is extensive. Furthermore he could not be a nicer person. This is a first class operation-I recommend it highly.

This is a November follow up of my previous May post. The six holly trees we purchased are growing very well and his recommendation of the St Johns Wart plant was outstanding. They are healthy, attractive and are beautiful! We could not be more pleased with his advice and stock. ROBERT ZELLERS

Very nice nursery.

In summer of 2022, I bought over $4000 of shrubs and perennials at Bruce's.

Most of the perennials were dead in Spring 2023 and now the shrubs are dying.

Bruces doesn't have any guarantee.

Lowes and Home depot has a 1 year guarantee.

Home Depot and Lowes Return Policy:
For replacement or refund, a receipt is required for any tree, shrub or perennial purchased at Lowe’s or Home Depot within one year of the original purchase date.

Tried to support the local guy. But the local guy doesn't support us.
