Teresa in the at the authority was very helpful and pleasant in resolving my problem.. She went the extra yard to make sure that everything was taken care of properly

How people still live in that backward township is beyond me. Raw sewage flows through my parents creek from houses that aren't on their land...and the township refuses to do anything about it. Don't ever set foot in a creek over there. You WILL get an infection!!

Received water bill and it went up 22 dollars more. Suppose to go up15% for repair work that didn't happen yet. Senior citizens are getting ripped off .

Rates increase and quality of work and communicating problems decreases. In 2023 alone there have been several water breaks resulting in boil notices and brown water in house.

We've been a customer for 40 years and never late on our bill, we changed banks for auto pay and called them to alert them about the change and somebody there didn't do their job and they shut our water off for a lousy couple of bucks. That's inhumane without even a phone call asking what's going on.
