Levi’s Outlet Store

Staff was very helpful with getting me into the right size. The girl that worked there also helped me into the right colors. Now that I'm getting older I didn't know what colors I needed to get. Haha falling out of the loop.

I came to exchange a couple pair of pants for a bigger size that I originally purchased from the Levi's store at Grove City. The store associates here were very helpful in finding the same cut for me to try on. I ended up having to request a refund because they didn't fit me the right way, but they were very understanding and processed the refund without any issues. What a great service!

Easily one of my favorite shops!!!

I bought a pair of Levi's a few years ago and they are on the edge of ripping, so I won't wear them out in public. I went to get a few new pair and completely forgot to look what cut mine were before leaving the house! The woman working asked if I needed help when looking around. I said "I see you have all of these skinny jeans, and then bootcut... I have a pair from a few years ago that I know are discontinued, and they aren't skinny and they aren't bootcut, they are something in between." And she knew EXACTLY what I was talking about and said "Oh yeah that was the 712 and the closest to that now is 312!" It really made my day to know that she knew the product so well. Excellent customer service from her, and I am so happy with my purchase! I wish I caught her name so I could give her credit here!

Good selection. The shelves were full. They had a much larger selection than if you went elsewhere. More sizes and colors. The prices weren't as good as some places but the selections were better

Actually had my size. Always find it hard to get my size in other stores but Levis has plenty selection in my size. Prices are better than you think and they always have a sale. I'm sure you will be happy with what you find.
