We recently had RJ Groner come out and give us an estimate on switching from Oil to a propane furnace. They were very fair with their pricing and took the time to explain everything that they would be doing. They also have great 0% interest free financing for 12 months currently. After we signed the contract, Nick and his team, Daymon, Mikey and Drew came out for the installation. I have to say, being in this type of business for years and dealing with many contractors. They were very professional. They laid out drop clothes everywhere where they would be stepping foot inside my house. They were courteous, polite and took the time out to explain what they had to do. After a two day installation they cleaned up everything behind them on the way out. Would 100% recommend them if you live in the area.

We recently used RJ Groner & Co to install a new fernance, two heat pumps & a whole house humidifier. Our first experience with the company was with Jeff, he was very knowledgeable, honest and patient when answering all my questions. Jeff was able to get a team out within a few days to make sure we would get heat back as quickly as possible. The technicians Nick and Daymon were absolutely exceptional. They took measures to make sure my property was taken care of during moving equipment, as well as kept open communication throughout the install process for any questions. Nick explained in detail how to use the new WiFi thermostats. He made sure I was able to log in from my phone without any issues. Daymon kept the work area neat and demonstrated excellent customer service. I couldn't be happier with my experience using RJ Groner & Co.

We were having issues with our 50 year old oil burner so we called RJ Groner for help. The technician was able to get our furnace up and running in a pinch but pointed out many potentially serious and dangerous issues by actually showing us the damage and hazards. We knew we were overdue for a replacement. After contacting the office, the tech was able to give us options and a quote that same visit as well as schedule the installation of the new tank, high efficiency furnace, and line for 5 days later. The installers were courteous, professional, and punctual. Additionally, the work area was left pristine! We could not be more pleased and highly recommend RJ Groner for anyone needing service!

We’ve used other companies in our other homes but RJ Groner is absolutely the best! Nick and Dayman were absolute gentlemen and a welcome part of the family for the three day installation. The whole team at RJ Groner worked perfect together and were not satisfied until the whole installation was perfect. I recently had the pleasure of working with RJ Groner for my air conditioning and heating system replacement. Initially, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quick response I received. Upon inspection, it was determined that my existing system needed to be replaced.

Ryan, their sales representative, visited and provided me with two excellent estimates tailored to meet my specific needs and preferences. This thoughtful approach made the decision-making process with my wife much easier.

Once we settled on the estimate we liked, Ryan assured us that the installation team would arrive on Monday. True to their word, Daymon and Nick, the technicians, showed up promptly. They introduced themselves, explained the installation process, and even estimated the timeline.

Throughout the installation, Daymon and Nick demonstrated remarkable efficiency and professionalism. They made sure to clean up after themselves at the end of each workday, leaving no mess behind.

As for the new heating and cooling system, I am extremely pleased with its performance. While it's still early days, I'm already enjoying the improved comfort in my home.

I plan to provide a more detailed review in a few months, once I've had the chance to fully assess the system's performance over time. In the meantime, I can confidently recommend RJ Groner for their exceptional service and professionalism.

After less-than-stellar experiences with other area businesses, I tried r.j. Groner, Inc. My first few experiences with them were for comparatively small jobs, and the service was always excellent. Their technicians are all pleasant and well trained in their areas of expertise. When my boiler died on the coldest day of the year, I didn't hesitate to call Groner for help, and they did not let me down. The techs arrived and got my old oil boiler running, albeit tenuously, until we could get a new unit installed. I decided to convert from oil to propane, and Groner scheduled the work for the later the same week. Eric and Shawn arrived on time well prepared in two well-stocked trucks. They managed the install under extremely cold conditions in an unheated garage, always making sure that I had sufficient alternate sources of heat within my home. They were courteous and professional, and left the area spotless. The new boiler is self-vented, efficient, and compact, leaving lots of room in the garage for my car as well as storage items. Having 20 years of experience with service providers (good and bad) in the Poconos, I confidently recommend r.j. Groner, Inc. to everyone who wants it done right!

Today we had our Heating ducts serviced and the fellows were very professional and friendly. They did a wonderful job. FYI - to any one who reads this; R.J. RJ Groner has done right by us since we first started using them, about 8 years ago. They get you on their schedule and at your place quick. Problem identified, verified, and resolved fast, even if a temp solut6is put in place to get you by. Their prices are pretty good as well. On top of all that their customer service is great.

Had a great experience with RJ Groner. They cleaned my duct system and were careful with my home while doing so. They took before and after photos as well. Also had supervisor Ryan M come out to inspect something and he was very knowledgeable on everything we asked him. Would highly recommend their services to others in the area.

These guys are great! Same day service the two times I called them. They are on the pricier side, but you definitely get what you pay for here. Professional, quality work, reliability & most importantly speed! I didn’t use them the second time around because the price was extremely inflated for them to do the work for me. However I still got plenty of knowledge from the home visit and went ahead and did it myself because they found the root of the issue. That’s what the fee is for I guess! Thanks again and I will definitely be using you for any plumbing needs.

I am relatively new to them, but they treat me like a loyal customer. They came on a Saturday one time - an hour after I called - and got my boiler going again. Because I had the service contract, I was charged a token amount for a weekend call. They walk the walk!

RJ Groner always sends out professional, neatly dressed, and very knowledgeable people to help me with any issues I might have. They communicate extremely well and let me know what is happening throughout their visit. Extremely happy with the service and professionalism.

Ken, my service guy, was very nice and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. Even after voicing my concerns he when back to check my system and it's not very easy to get to my system. I liked very much that they brought up the cost when confirming the appointment and there was no extra cost. What they quoted is what it was. Very pleased. 😊

Had a poorly timed repair need (as they all are). Woke up to a chilly home in February. The office set up the appointment super fast and the technician, Tyler was out in a flash. Tyler found the issue and the heat was back on quick. I couldn't be more pleased with the repair and the cost was on point with expectations. Thanks to the office staff as well - They were great.

Called RJ Groner first thing in the morning for emergency service, and they squeezed me in and I am happy to say I’m sitting here in a warm house now! They sent Ryan and John who were both very friendly and respectful and knew their jobs well! They quickly identified the problem, let me know the costs associated with the repair, and went about fixing it promptly!! Highly recommend RJ Groner.

R.J. Groner did a great job responding to my boiler issues. I had a non-emergency issue with my oil boiler and within a few short days they came out and fixed my issues. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and worked very efficiently. I would highly recommend them.
