Im sorry I didn't get the young man's name, but what a sweetheart he was! I called & asked for him to put something on hold for me and he graciously did so, but where he went above & beyond, was he called me back to make sure I was still coming because they had to close an hour earlier then advertised due to inventory and didn't want me to miss them. He didn't HAVE to do it, but he did. Thank you, young sir, you made my day!! I'm happy to do business again at this location, (Washington PA) again in the future

They recently hired a new manager and she is awesome. The store has so much more in it. She and her staff are so kind and helpful. Also, they are always having a sale. You get free stuff and then coupons for more free stuff in the future! We've gotten so much stuff for free there it's amazing. The Hot Topic at Tanger Outlet is an amazing store!

Great employees super nice extremely helpful. These ladies will dig to find you what you need and if they don't have it they will find it online and have it shipped to you at home. Best customer service experience I've had anywhere.

I was in traveling back home to the Penn State area and stopped in and Wendy was amazing and very friendly. I enjoyed my experience shopping for new tunnels for my ears and finding out I was a platinum member.

The young woman who was running the store at the time of my visit was the one of the best leaders I have ever had the pleasure of seeing in action in a retail store. She knew all of the deals and products. She also pointed out that I was missing out on some free stuff that I qualified for but didn't notice. She was also very respectful and patient with me and my family as we picked a few more items 😊. Overall one of the best shopping experiences I've had in a long time!

I stopped in around noon today to pick pants up for work and the girl that was working was awesome. She was very personable and excellent at conversation. She definitely made the experience enjoyable.

The staff there was kind and very helpful. Willing to reach, grab and help get the right fit. The store is a little pricey, however the team there makes the trip worth it. Keep going guys.

I shopped here in 2000. I now take my daughter here. Still great deals and cute harry potter and Disney items! Lounge fly back packs for days! Make sure to get the hot topic bucks!!

Now, I don't have much evidence to base my review on, but Tanisha has been my friend for a long time and she says it's pretty decent, so I'm gonna have to trust her on this one.
