Had a return that was a little old but still had my receipt. Michelle helped me out and handled the return. Nice to have a great retail experience.

What can I say. This is a great place with great clothing. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They helped in every aspect of finding and purchasing everything we needed. The manager Dawn is very personable and friendly. We felt very comfortable in the store and purchased a bunch. Definitely recommend this store!!

I had made an error with my purchase, and upon trying to rectify that, I was lucky enough to connect with the manager on duty, Dawn. She was incredibly helpful and went above-and-beyond in order to make my experience the best possible.

Nice people work here. I had called to check if an item was in stock at the store. The young lady held it for me til I got there. They also were helpful finding additional items for me once I was in store. Nice store. Had 3 and 4xlt in stock.

I cannot recommend this store enough. Anthony is one of those employees that make it hard to forget a visit. Because of him rattling off all the things that were on sale I pretty much had to get one of everything. Getting awesome prices and awesome service for such great products really makes shopping here a blast. Farmer tested, and farmer approved.

Great quality clothes, perfect for the job or casual. They also have pet apparel. Also if you have a union card you get a discount off your total purchase. Very union friendly.

Great deals.... Nice variety of items, sizes and colors for small to tall to skinny to large. Prices were fair and reasonable. Customer service was amazing. Easy to find. Would recommend that place for anyone who has a hard time finding the right size with multiple options. A good place to find that last minute gift for any holiday, birthday, or just because.

I love just browsing this store, but when my husband is in need of work clothes it's the only place we'll go. Their clothes are all built well, have great designs and the material lasts and lasts. 7years out of a pair of jeans worn at least once a week? Can't beat it!

My husband and I stopped down today for a jacket for our toddler. Jim was awesome when helping us decide on all clothing that we purchased today! Great selection. Paige and Anthony both helped our family find summer shirts and were very friendly. Walked in thinking we were just going to browse and ended up buying about eight shirts for my kids based on their assistance. If Carhartt corp reads this review.....please add scrubs to your Pittsburgh location as there are so many healthcare employees in this city.

Seriously the kindest staff ever!! The products are fantastic quality, look amazing and are priced right. They have a great return policy and most importantly, the people who work in this store are ridiculously kind, helpful and patient! I ask a lot of questions!

I’m never disappointed when shopping in this store. Knowledgeable staff that give you space. if they don’t have it in stock there are kiosks in the store to order for either free shipping to the store or sometimes free to your house. Usually same prices as Amazon.
