The person that I talked to on the phone was very helpful immediately and return my phone call. I got an appointment within 2 days and it was over a Christmas holiday. I was very impressed. Also, the person took care of me at the office was awesome. She was very attentive. She was concerned about how things were fitting and was giving me information about it.

I was a little nervous about starting on a cpap, but she took her time and answered all my questions and made me feel much more comfortable and informed.

Very good company. Service is great. You take the time to make sure I understand how to use the equipment, and what precautions to take. ( other companies just dropped off equipment and very little if any information.

Charlotte took the time to explain everything I would need to do once home and begin using. She answered all my questions and even went over my diagnosis and how it pertains to using my machine.

When I walked into the store I was greeted in a friendly manner and promptly taken back for my appointment. Charlotte was the technician who helped explain how to set up and maintain the machine. She also took her time with finding me with the proper mask best design for me. And gave me the opportunity to test the functionality of the machine in the mask. She was very pleasant both professionally and personally. I highly recommend Rezk Medical Supply, and I want to thank Charlotte for making me feel comfortable with this new life change.

Although I've used a C-PAP since 2009 the machine I received from Rezk Medical Supply was a bit different. Charlette explained the differences very well and sent me on my way feeling confident and happy!

My tech was named James. He was extremely nice and informative, took the time to show me how hook everything up and how to use it properly. I never had oxygen at my house before so I was nervous, but James explained everything and I feel really good about it now, thanks to James!
