I always receive professional, friendly, top notch service at this branch in the Washington Giant Eagle

Had to swing in and cash my husband's payroll check. I've never been treated so politely at a bank before. The cashier (Lizzy) was very respectful and courteous. Awesome service! Makes me wonder if we should change our regular bank.....

Never a issue when dealing with this bank. Help is always given and a smiling face

Lizzie or however you spell her miserable name makes calling into this bank a nightmare. I've never been hung up on more, disrespected or talked down to by a "customer service" rep.
Completely worthless woman and really gives this bank a bad vibe.

Just wanted to cash a check and now my account has insufficient funds. Did not properly do what I asked all because they did not focus on customer service and wanted to rush to leave early
