Went to the Washington store with an urgent wedding idea to be printed for tomorrow. Alyssa in the printing and copy department saved me. My template was a mess, she redesigned my idea for my brothers wedding and was able to print what I needed in a few minutes. What a true angel when I needed one. Thanks Alyssa at Washington staples! You rock!

A shout out to Cassie Wicker at this store for excellent customer service. She went out of her way to help us remedy a recent shipping issue. She was calm, professional, empathetic, and followed through in a very timely fashion. We are most grateful. Staples should be very proud of this employee! With customer services like that, we will remain a loyal Staples customer.

I come into Staples all the time in order to purchase, and do copies, etc. The two employees that help me all the time are Xander and Jasmine. These two individuals are always willing to go that extra mile to help me out, and they always seem to have time to help me out with explaining the warranties that are for certain purchases. They have always been very polite and curious, unlike other’s who seem like they do not have the time to help..!!!..
It would be great to see other employees show the initiative like these two do.

Great large selection of office... everything !

We bought a desk chair at Staples in Washington PA on a Monday and it was out of stock.
Our salesman said if we ordered it we would have it the next day.
It would be shipped to our house.
Since we were not in a big hurry we ordered the chair.
I figured there was no way we would receive it the next day.
What a pleasant surprise to find the chair delivered at 8am the following day.

My person at the register was very responsive. I had such good treatment I just had to compliment. She was fantastic! I will be sending in my on line survey too. Thank you

Hello! I went to this particular Staples in Washington, P.A. Last minute, new to the area, & admittedly, not the most tech savvy person. I purchased a printer, ipad cover, an epoxy to " laminate " my ipad when in the cover case & sent a fax. The salesperson Adler was very polite & knowledgeable as was the young lady@ the fax/copy/ area- I think her name was Angelica. Overall, one probably wouldn't be very impressed with service@ a " box store " - yet I was enough to take the time to write this review. Would go there again, & would recommend it to anyone.

I came here to fax some documents. The employee who assisted me was very cordial and helpful. I will probably come back again someday.

Great store! Really good prices on just about everything that they have??

I sent a fax and it cost me $35. It had 20 pages and that seems outrageous. But, at least they could help me and the people were nice.

We went in to make copies. Very friendly staff and they knew what they were doing. Very good customer service

This is always my go to spot for office supplies but the last few times I’ve gone in the cashier Ron is always so helpful and sweet!
