The staff was extremely helpful. We purchased a piece of exercise equipment, and several of the staff jumped in to help load it on the truck.
The store was very clean and they have a great selection of products.

I bought an item online for my kid, and when it arrived they changed their mind about the color. The store had a different color in stock, and it was super easy to exchange them in person. Always good quality products and great customer service.

I was asked if I needed help from friendly staff but I had already found what I needed because it was easy to find the way the store is arranged. I was in and out quickly. Perfect !!

I drove out of the way to the York, PA location since they had the bike I wanted. Amy, assistant store manager was very friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my bike purchase. I would travel back to the York store because of their excellent customer service.

Very satisfied with the employee in the golf department. Had my putter grip replaced while I waited. Store has a large number of grips to choose from.

Looking for a specific pair of sneakers they were the only place that had them was greeted in the shoe department and he was very helpful always appreciate good service especially when they have manners.

Came here in search of Qalo silicone wedding bands. York location had plenty of sizes and designs to choose from. Display was right at the register, so didn't need to hunt the store. I was in and out in 5 minutes. The associate at check-out was amazing! Super friendly and full of positive vibes. Great experience today.

Very great customer service!! We bought a bike for my son for Christmas and even the cashier, Gavin,was above and beyond happy to answer any questions or find those answers for us!! Brent who checked over our bike was also awesome!!

Shout out to Brent who paid attention to details with store products and customer satisfaction.
It is rare in my view to receive such insight from the retail world.
I deliver product to this store and others , and Brent had know way of knowing this as I was shopping around as a customer for myself.On the way out of the store he said “ have a nice day “ and noticed nothing in my hand and asked if I found everything to my satisfaction. I said no they did not have sneakers in my size and was frustrated about another product I was searching for and did not want to order it ONLINE . He went the extra MILE and asked me what is the other product I was looking for . I then stated I drive a truck that delivers to all of DSG locations and stopped looking for the item in the stores . The product is a STEPPER and would you believe it he said we have ONE , and told me by the weights section , and I did not believe him , after looking for it for about 5 mins , here is Brent showing me exactly where it is , the ONLY ONE IN THE STORE.. Made my day . DSG only sells this product online and I don’t have time to wait for it to deliver it.. Had it not been for Brent being tentative to my needs and concerns I would have missed out. Thank you Brent that kind of service is rare in this business..Folks sorry for the long story but I gotta share ......

I almost always find what I want or need at the Concord Road store. Prices are about in line with other sporting goods chains, however, they will definitely match lower prices that you might find elsewhere if you find it online and can show that it's legitimate on your phone. That's a great feature. They also regularly send cupons. It's the first place I will go for athletic shoes, clothing or equipment.

I used to always say they were way overpriced but my last visit proved me wrong. I got some fair prices for kids soccer and baseball gear. And the shoe department folks were very helpful in setting up my kids with kleats since I knew nothing.

07/23/20 6ish pm....Excellent customer service! I went there for a pair of roller skates. They were the only place that had them!!So when I got there I was sad to see that they were all sold out. Well I got lucky. Why you make ask?? The employee was so so kind and sent me to a man name Ron. (I think) He was was kind and understanding. So he hopped on to his computer and started to search. I told him that iv looked everywhere. Well after several attempts, I thought I'll never get that 2am skate sesh. But then BOOM! He found a pair. I was so happy. The whole staff was amazing and so helpful. You guys rule. Thank you so much! My skates should arrive in 4 days. I'm like a kid on Christmas morning. I'm 37 btw. Im so ready! Thanks again.

At last they received some more 9mm ammo, an associate told me the best time to check if the ammo was in their restocking supplies. Kudos for the info . I'll BE BACK.

I LOVE Dick's Sporting Goods! My go to place for outdoor and athletic shoes! Great department. Great store overall! Well kept, well maintained, well stocked and managed.

This store is great. Boone in the lodge area is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have 3 different stores to choose from, but this is the one that will get my repeat business. Thanks Again to Boone and Sherman.
