Awesome place to grab a bite to eat! Our waitress was wonderful. It's a nice little mom and pop BBQ place, definitely worth a stop if you're in Washington pa!

Hog Fathers is a casual local restaurant that serves mostly BBQ food. I ate lunch here once. My husband’s fried chicken had a crispy breading and moist flavorful meat. My husband described this fried chicken as some of the best that he has ever eaten in his life. His half rack of baby back ribs were tender and tasty. My brisket was a large size. The baked beans were very flavorful. The macaroni had some spice and could have used a little more cheese. The cornbread was moist and tasty. The fries were thick and crispy. The mashed potatoes were instant, I think, but were also very creamy.

Amazing food! And so much of it for what you pay. We had sandwiches, a salad, and a wrap. Everything was delicious. Staff was attentive and friendly. We would make this a regular stop if we lived in the area.

I remember when Hog Fathers first opened in Washington, and it's just as good as it was back then! They have a phenomenal pulled pork sandwich. Their fries are HUGE (and they also have sweet potato fries!!!) And they have the BEST mac and cheese.

Surprisingly good food. Selections galore, hot tasty food! A five star. Waitress and staff extremely helpful, clean family friendly restaurant.

We both got the brisket sandwiches and 1 mac & cheese and 1 order of fries.
The brisket was properly smoked and sliced. Large delicious portions! The mac was good and the fries were a surprise! Crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Perfect!
And well seasoned to boot!
I would heartily recommend this place!

DELICIOUS! Our food was outstanding and our waitress was super nice! We put in a day of shopping at the outlets, and were starving! So glad we went with a local place!

the ribs and chicken were fantastic 😋 the ribs were cooked perfectly , nice charing and fall off the bone tender, chicken crispy and tender . i highly recommend this place and will definitely revisit

This place was amazing! They were only doing take out and were very accommodating when we asked to eat at a table, even bringing over our food. The food is very flavorful and some of the best bbq I have ever had! The baked beans and coleslaw were my favorite sides and the bbq chicken was to die for! Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Washington, PA.

This was a spontaneous stop on a 400 mile drive. We are so glad we found it. Exactly what you want for a barbecue place. We both had the pulled pork sandwich which was delicious and the fries are amazing. The service was speedy and friendly. If our travels bring us near, we will be back. We called our friends who were about an hour behind us and recommended they stop, too.

A great find! We were driving from Pittsburgh to Indianapolis and wanted lunch early on. Love, love Hogfathers. This is the brisket salad. So good, get it with the Carolina dressing. Not too far off I-70 either... Worth the drive.

We were in town for a concert. We like to try local “mom and pop” places. My husband found this and who passes up anything BBQ. We asked for recommendations by our waitress. She seemed a little rushed but we didn’t know what else she had going on so no worries. She was GREAT!! Then the food came out and was SPOT ON!!!! Hubs had cheese curds for an app and chicken fried steak for meal. I had fajita quesadilla with brisket for an app and classic BBQ pulled pork sandwich. I was only able to eat half of the quesadilla but that just means I get to eat and savor it again later. Cute little place that was wonderful and we will definitely be back one day!!!

The best Chile I can recall having, and fall off the bone babyback ribs, we'll be back.

The best tea this side of heaven, the fried chicken was delicious, the grilled bbq chicken was moist and very good. The ribs fell off the bone and the corn bread was perfect. The staff is very friendly, our waitress Tina made sure everything was great.

We had a great visit here. The server saw us in the parking lot and opened the door before we could get out of the car. Excellent service all around. The food was wonderful, especially things right in their wheelhouse, i.e. barbecue.

One member of our group got a chicken wrap. It seemed like there was no guacamole on the wrap. The server graciously brought a side of guac. However in reality it was just that their guac doesn't taste like guac. So, like I said, stick to what you would think they are good at.

The barbecue pork sandwich included fried onions and jalapeño. It was just the right mix of spicy. Excellent sandwich. Chili was good.

Definitely stop in here for great barbecue and great service.

Our server Tahiara *spelling is not right, sorry* was wonderful and friendly. We were driving from Baltimore MD to St. Paris OH. Well worth the stop.

Wow, best BBQ I have had! Service so great they literally opened the door for us. Highly recommend trying them out!

They were short staffed the evening that we went but the waitress was wonderful! She apologized for the wait and was truly concerned for our wait. The food was amazing but that waitress made us feel appreciated.

great bbq. ribs are huge and thick and the right amount of sauce. cheese curds are fantastic. fried chicken is boneless and crunchy outside and moist inside...just the right amount of coating. fries are the large "dinner fries" and have a good crunch to them as well. baked beans were great too. portion sizes are excellent. the waitresses were great!! our drinks were kept full and they were very very nice to everyone in the restaurant.

Absolutely delicious! Super fast and VERY friendly! BBQ chicken fell right off the bone, sauce was perfect (not too sweet and a little smokey) My husband had a religious experience eating the sausage, fried chicken, and rib platter. Their tea was amazing too! We tried the Mac and cheese, cheese curds, and corn bread too. We thoroughly enjoyed every single dish!
