the guy working at this store is the best in customer service and knows everything about the phones. he helped me buying right phone recently and he always helped me with best deals on case and pop-socket. he has variety of products in accessory (case, pop-socket, headphones etc). come and see this store if you are tired of bad customer service from all other stores. CRICKET STORE on JEFFERSON AVE IS BEST IN WASHINGTON.

We LOVE this franchise's owner, James! He's always helpful and polite. And we can be pretty annoying people. We are very happy with the Cricket Service as well. We've had the big named service providers, but Cricket has proven to be the best. Highly recommend Cricket AND this store in particular.

So this store is my fav place to go in town for any cellphone related shopping. Always treats me well and gives me a better deal and I been with cricket for so long and I love cricket. Just got another new phone and it works smoother than my old one. go to this store and see hardy or James and believe me you'll feel special before you leave the store. imma come down to get another one next year now lol.

I switched from AT&T Prepaid to Cricket because of AT&T's lack of reasonably priced phones with sufficient memory. Thus far I am very happy with Cricket. Their Choice of phones was much wider and better priced, the gentleman at the retail location on Jefferson Ave. in Washington PA was wonderful. He could be a benchmark for other retailers as far as knowledge, helpfulness, friendliness and professionalism. I also got almost the same plan as I had with AT&T for almost $15 less per month.

my phone got locked since i forgot my pin number to unlock phone. Store employee help me to reset my phone and get activated. he is really good to me and save me a money in this pandemic time for new phone!!

Guy working at Cricket store on Jefferson ave helped me getting my Facebook back. i don't know how but the lady work at north main st store screwed up my Facebook. he is nice and good service.
