Omni Dental McMurray

I’ve been going here to get my teeth cleaned for about three years now. Everything is always good! Hannah cleans my teeth and is the BEST. I have absolutely no complaints. All the office ladies are nice too which is rare in my experience, but I appreciate that everyone actually makes an attempt to provide good customer service.

Omni Dental McMurray was easy to get to and welcoming upon arrival. The aesthetic from the moment you walk in and throughout the exam rooms is very modern rustic, welcoming and luxurious. The staff and doctor were very kind, informative and helpful. They explained each step and made sure I let them know if i was ever uncomfortable.

They were so friendly from beginning to the end. It was literally the best cleaning I have ever had. And they gave me an estimate before leaving on some other dental work I need done. They are so organized. So glad I found them.

I’ve been here multiple times and every time has been great. It’s clean and has great atmosphere from the time you arrive until the time you leave… Hannah has cleaned my teeth from day 1 and I always love coming in to get my teeth done. She does a great job at cleaning and keeps up the positive atmosphere of the office. 10 stars!

I had a pleasant experience: From receptionists to the hygienists to the DMDs. Atmosphere is amicable, and place is immaculate. Haven’t been to a dentist in over 10 years. My filling came out and needed it repaired. They are very good at getting you on the schedule that’s convenient for you. I was told I needed a root canal on my first appointment. I never had one done before, and was terrified. (Haha). The day for root canal; They were very comforting and always asked if I was okay every few minutes throughout the entire procedure. Start to finish. The quality of care they administer is exceptional.

Also to the people leaving bad reviews about insurance/cost issues, it’s not their fault, that is a different entity. That’s something the insured needs to discuss with the insurer.

My 6 year old daughter had an infected tooth that required extraction. Children’s Hospital Dental would not be able to remove the tooth for over 2 weeks and she was in a good deal of pain.

I called Omni Dental at 5pm and they were so very kind on the phone and able to make an appointment for her the next day at 1:30.

When we arrived the waiting room was very cozy and inviting. The staff was very kind and friendly. We’re we’re taken back promptly at our appointment time. The doctor and staff were so kind and helpful and able to extract the tooth right away after a confirming the findings of the dentist at children’s hospital and consulting with us.

They did not take my insurance so I paid out of pocket for the work and the price was very reasonable.

My daughter finally has some relief after a week of pain and a failed effort to get prompt help at her regular dentist and Children’s Hospital Dental.

I am beyond grateful for these folks today for being available, kind and accommodating.

New patient. Wonderful experience with all staff. Erin and Sheena were both great! Dr. Bono is awesome. Everyone at Omni is kind, friendly, explains everything and were happy to answer any questions I had. They were also very considerate in making sure that I was comfortable and not in any pain. I received excellent care. A+++ Highly recommend!

Smooth process from start to finish. Office is on point and easy to work with. Dr. and support staff work in a manor the takes the stress out of having to get dental work done. The facility itself is clean and comfortable. As one who dreads going to the dentist, this is an easy 5 stars. Thanks to everybody at Omni for making it an easy and pain free experience.

So Far so Good. Everyone that I dealt with at Omni were extremely professional, and they made me feel comfortable. Great experience. We will see how it goes when they pull my infected tooth next week. This past visit was my first, but I am feeling very optimistic from my initial experience.

Everyone including the front desk staff were very pleasant. Dr. Hanlon and the dental hygienist made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The entire building including the room I was placed in was clean and organized. I liked how there was a monitor in the corner so I could see what Dr. Hanlon was seeing throughout my stay. Dr. Hanlon made sure to reach out to see how I was feeling after my procedure. Overall, my experience was positive and I plan to continue coming to Omni Dental for all my dental needs.

The team at Omni Dental agreed to a treatment plan for me. I have bad teeth right now for whatever reason. Marina was very sweet & gentle when doing my exam & cleaning. Dr. Destefano is very honest & helpful. The place is very nice inside & looks like what a dental facility should look like in 2023. Cannot wait for the team to get my oral care back on track 😊

I was looking for a new dentist since mine retired. This was the most efficient office I’ve ever visited. I was a new patient and i was in and out of there in 45 mins. The hygienist was great. She was professional, fast and also very efficient in her cleaning. One of the best cleanings I’ve had. The dentist was also great. I will definitely make Omni my new dentist.

As others have said, the office exudes kindness, professionality, and confidence.
Walk into the spa-like ambiance of the waiting room, and immediately relax. You probably won’t wait too long as the office schedules patients so you hardly have time to appreciate the relaxing energy of the waiting room.
Nerves are calmed, comfort is emphasized, and relief from pain or concern is practically guaranteed!

I had an emergency that every other dentist in the area was still scheduling out for months. I called Omni. They were able to fit me in the very next day no one likes to get a tooth pulled, but if I had to do it again, I would definitely recommend this place. This is my first time coming here and will be making all my future appointments with Dr Hanlon hands-down, the most compassionate doctor I’ve met in my life.

Omni Dental Clinic is by far the best dental clinic I’ve been to in many years. The staff is always polite, welcoming, and professional. Also has a spa like quality. Thank you!

So far so good. One cleaning and one dental procedure and the professionalism is clear. The entire process was smooth, and efficient. The office is modern, high tech equipped. Our previous dentist was overbooked when his partner retired. My wife and kids will also be moving to Omni soon.

This was my first visit.. Office was clean and comfortable and had all modern up to date equipment. The dentist and all the staff were friendly and upbeat. My cleaning and exam were thorough and professionally done. Very satisfied and will return for my next cleaning in 6 months.

Simply the BEST in Dental care! Super friendly Doctors, Hygienists, and office staff! Dr. Hanlon did my crowns a couple of years ago, and people always say how natural they look! I have already recommended Omni Dental to other people. Keep up the great work!!!👍
