Buford's Kitchen

Our first time here, and we were not disappointed. Our server Blake was great and she kept our glasses full! Stop by Saturday and Sunday morning 9-11 for half off all boozy drinks. The fried green tomatoes are better than the movie! We are new to Washington, and have found our new go to spot!

OMG! The food here was absolutely delicious! Well worth it. The drinks were comparable to most other places in the Pittsburgh area, nothing that stood out as amazing, but I did feel they were over priced for what you got, but if you're not a drinker nothing for you to worry about. The food is 💯% worth going & trying. The fried green tomatoes were there best I've had in a long time. I can't wait to go back!

Only downside- I was charged more (without the server mentioning upcharge) for swapping out the huge pancakes for tiny French toast. The meal was intended for two so knowing the major difference would have been helpful.

Stopped here on the way to the Tanger Outlets. I was STARVING because the stupid oil change took 3 hours instead of 1 (but that's a different review). Buford's was closing at 2, and it was 1:15 when I pulled in, but none of the staff seemed bothered. I had great service and the food was amazing. Exactly the kind of American breakfast I needed before a day of shopping. Highly recommend the breakfast bowl; this one was the biscuit bowl. And the bloody mary was delish. Just wish it had a skewer of pickled things in it. Will definitely go back.

HOT chicken Mac (Nashville Mac) really enjoyed this dish.. Cold yuengling..nice simple atmosphere and good service.. Definitely worth checking out!

Great food! Great atmosphere! And the bartender Ryan was so friendly and attentive! We were there during happy hour and he ran that bar like a pro! The place has a comfy feeling and the portion size is what u pay for! Highly recommend!

Unique menu of great food, service, and atmosphere. I highly recommend the brisket bowl - it is out of this world! I order it with scrambled eggs instead of fried eggs.

It's not Buford's anymore it's now called Dee Jay's. Breakfast was good and waitress was the best!! I've eaten at the original Dee Jay's in WV and they have the best barbecue hands down. I've gone to the bridgeville location and had ribs there and it doesn't have the same menu as WV and the ribs aren't the same quality as WV. I was told from staff that they cook them in WV and ship them to the restaurants. So I would recommend just making the trip to the original Dee Jay's and I promise you it is well worth the drive!! Best barbecue hands down!!

Food was delicious, Fried green tomatoes, huge salads and the strawberries over warm biscuits, whipped cream and ice cream was to die for ❤. Beautiful outdoor eating area !!

Amazing, never thought I would eat shrimp, sausage, rice and egg in a breakfast bowl. Glad I tried it. Absolutely Awesome!

I can’t think of a better combo. The bartender is also delightful. Thank you for welcoming this single traveler.

Our waitress was Julia, she was amazing and they were SUPER busy! I got the Shrimp and Grits, that was the best I've ever had!! My boyfriend got the Piggy Omelet and he loved it, along with the incredible Croissant French Toast!! Wow, everything was very delicious!!

Had lunch at Buford’s Kitchen today. This is the second time we have been and the first was a great experience as well. I had the Brisket Breakfast Bowl and my partner had the Country Fried Pork Ribeye. Both were delicious. The restaurant was very busy today but the food was good and fast. We sat at the bar and our service was great. Oh, and I had a BLT Bloody Mary that was very good and my Partner had the Bourbon Lemonade - both very good! Highly recommended.

Enjoyable atmosphere. Even the simplest breakfast foods had a special touch.

Stopped in for lunch today and very impressed. Food was excellent and service was great. Not crowded at all and service was quick. Big Bird sandwich was delicious and quite “big” when it arrived. Buford burger was excellent. Wish I knew what seasoning they put on the fries - a little snappy but very good.

Didn't think to ever write a review until now. Why, because I had a bad experience at another restaurant today and didn't realize the importance of reviews. My son is the head chef. I am not being partial because he is my son because let's face it mom is your biggest critic good or bad. I have been here several times super busy especially on the weekends and have never had a bad experience. Not just with the food but the service there and the employee's. Keep up the good work!!

Was in the area and searched for a place for breakfast and figured we would try Bufords out based on the location and reviews. We were not sorry. This place was slammed busy but we were greated by friendly staff. Got a seat pretty quick and started the order off with a bloody Mary and Mimosa for the misses. Drinks were fairly priced, moderately sized and yummy. Establishment was clean. Ordered breakfast and it took a little while. Without complaining or making any issues at all, the server recognized we waited awhile, apologized and gave us a small discount. The gesture and acknowledgement was truthfully amazing. Who does that nowadays? To be honest, we really didn't wait that long especially for how busy they were. Food arrived, portions were large, it was delicious and despite being busy.....our server was attentive. We definitely recommend Bufords but suggest seeing if you can get Jameson, she is an excellent server. We will be back for sure.

Ryan is a great bartender. We see him every Sunday for breakfast. He's friendly and efficient. Everything we've gotten has been great: brisket omelet, breakfast tacos, chicken, croissant french toast, etc. The mimosas and bloody Marys are delicious and half priced on weekends between 9am-11am. They have a cute patio and I saw they just started a puppy patio night.

Outstanding service !!! We had my family together 18 of us! My dad’s birthday n sister-in-laws today Sunday @10:45!! Not only did they go above n beyond to get us sat (together) the server Blake killed it !! She was sweet kind n on top of things too to finish!! All food came out hot n CORRECT! Thank you so very much BLAKE. N the staff at bufords !! Thank you for making our family brunch birthdays awesome !!
