I was immediately taken care of and given the salesman’s full attention as soon as I walked in. He was extremely knowledgeable and got me exactly what I needed

I was impressed by the appearance of the store first. My questions were answered in great detail. Steve was very patient, and put up with all my drivel. In the end, I found the best-fitting pair of safety-toe boots ever. Period. I recommended the store to a few of my coworkers.

The guys at the store are very thorough in the process of getting the right size and even the right inserts for my feet.

Great customer experience! Both sales reps were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were more interested in getting the right boot and making sure it was comfortable rather then just making a sale. The technology they use to scan your feet was really cool (and free). I'm really glad I came here instead of one of the secondary authorized dealers that you see other places.

Steven was very knowledgeable over the phone and un the store he fitted me with a pair of boots and proper footwear and inserts that feel amazing on my feet and explained to me that I have a 30day trial period on my boots and inserts so don't think you have to except if the boots don't work out will be going there for all boot n footwear needs

After trying another shoe store unsuccessfully, I decided to try this Redwing location (pleasant hills location is now closed). I found work boots at a good price. The employee was helpful and informative and made the trip well worth the time. I would definitely recommend.

The man that helped me pick out my boots was very knowledgeable, and was able to tell me that I was wearing the wrong size for my feet and find a pair that fit me perfect. He also knew all of my company requirements already so I knew I was getting a pair that was right for me

These employees took care of my boot needs 110%! They were kind, very informative, and successful in finding some boots that fit my needs.

The guy who worked at the store was very nice and helpful. I did know what I wanted coming in, did the special order, and picked up the shoes no problem. They do sell a lot of shoe accessories like leather care, boot cleaners, etc.

Excellent service. The employee that helped me had a superior knowledge of the products they sell and was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. They also have a great policy on there steel toe heat resistant metatarsal boats. You can try them for up to thirty days and of they aren't comfortable and don't meet your needs you can return them for store credit. They also gifted me a pair of socks to test my boots in. Overall I would recommend there service's to someone looking for a quality work boot.

These boots have never disappointed me. I weld and grind all day on water towers and storage tanks, walk over my hot welds and throw sparks at these boots all day, every day. Tomorrow, on the anniversary of their purchase these boots will be retired with a worn hole through the sole. They hold a position of prestige and prominence as my favorite boots ever. The 400g Brown 8" 4442-D if anyone is curious. My next pair will have a heat resistance sole to slow the degradation process.
I leave my review here because this is where I purchased them. I called the store today to find my exact purchase date and maybe cash in on some of that 1 year warranty. Sadly natural wear is not covered, which doesn't bother me. The person I spoke with was incredibly helpful and informative, giving me the number of a potentially better boot for my line of work.

Having Achilles tendonitis means I'm a very picky person when it comes to buying shoes. I needed a work shoe that was oil and slip resistant, but yet had the mold of a running shoe which would meet my unique needs. Not only did the sales staff help me pick out exactly the type of shoe I want, they measured my feet and help me locate a pair of inserts that specifically addressed my specific condition. They took their time, and at no point rushed me to make a sales purchase. They took their time to educate me about the workmanship and quality, and about their return policy is and guarantee of workmanship. I definitely will be using the store for all my future footwear needs.

The man waiting on us was great. He was there alone and was taking care of 3 customers at once and never let any of us feel ignored.

Cant get over how great this place is. I've never had full service when shopping for shoes and I always have a terrible time getting the right fit. The guys were great, very knowledgeable, and were able to find a great fit. I highly recommend checking them out

We have boot vouchers for work. It is super easy to run in and get a pair of boots. I'm on file there now and 10 minutes I have my boots and on my way.

I just cleaned & oiled my THREE YEAR OLD Made In U.S.A. 8" Brown #914 work boots and they only look like they have ONE YEAR worth of wear on them. I haul fuel & drive truck local so I'm in & out of the truck 20 times a day in all types of weather and I wear-out cheap hundred dollar boots in around 9 months to a year (trust me I've been driving truck since 2001 so I've worn some boots). I bought these boots in the new WashPa store and I was treated extremely well. They measured my feet to ensure a perfect fit and even let me switch styles after I wore a pair then changed my mind about what i liked. My wife and I will be back to that store very soon to buy each of us a new pair of "casual boots" because with quality boots like these my 914work boots have many more years of hard use ahead of them.
