My go to insurance people

It's an ok company but I have an annuity with them but they won't give me any info because my sister opened it even though it's my money they won't help me with anything

Honestly wish I could give 0 stars. Back in January I purchased a new car so obviously I had an increase in my insurance.. no big deal that was expected. However, I was told by Tom Stevenson I would have a reduced rate for $140/month if I signed up for renters insurance. I did that and then find out my rate is actually $160/month.. ask him why it isn’t what he told me it would be and he had no good answer. So after that I obviously start looking for another provider. Found new insurance and sent a letter of cancellation 2 weeks before my scheduled auto draft of $160 on the 13th of May and was assured by some other guy that must be Tom’s assistant that I would not be charged on the 13th... sure enough I was charged. So I call and speak with Tom directly and he assures me it was simply a mistake and they will be mailing me a check for the refund. Then, the next day I get an email that he is mailing the $87 refund check to me... I ask, “why is this not for the full amount that was mistakenly taken from my account?” He of course has no clue/answer and asks finance... then they send me some stupid breakdown of my payments accusing me of “missing a payment” when it’s set up for auto draft every month on the 13th.. not only did I double check all payments were made.. but I never received one notice that I may have “missed a payment” even though it is physically impossible for me to when it auto pays every month... Essentially Tom is clueless and provides clients with misinformation and then can’t make up for his own mistakes. Really simple issue that should have been resolved quickly and easily.
