I called 30 minutes before they closed explaining I had an emergency tire situation. They told me to come to the shop and they fixed my issue immediately. Very pleasant and helpful. Kenny is wonderful and I’m so thankful they took a last minute call.

Great staff! Kept me well informed about my vehicles repair, up front with procedures, very well detailed explanation of repairs. I have found my new mechanic! Thanks guys!!

6 hours from home and the van started acting up. Stopped in without an appointment Monday at 8:00 a.m. Eric squeezed us in that day, realizing our predicament, and took care of the faulty spark plug and had us on our way- at a great price.
The local Ford dealer had said come back in 3 days, no help from him thank heavens a local recommended Jeff's we couldn't have done better.

I just moved to the area and have had some bad luck with Mechanic shops so far. I decided to go to Jeff’s for my inspection, dropping my car off around 7pm for the following day drop off appointment. They called me around 9pm, two hours after dropping it off, saying they were done and I could pick it up in the morning! They were quick, honest and everything was perfect. Highly recommend.

I have been getting my cars serviced here for YEARS! They are the best. They always go the extra mile. I never feel they are ripping me off. I do have one complaint though. They are so good EVERYBODY likes them, and they are busy so make your appointments in advance! Highly recommended.

Stopped by shortly after finding a nail in our tire. They took us immediately and we were fixed and on our way in about 15 minutes for a more than fair price. A lifesaver for our road trip.

My family has been going to Jeff's since before I was born and we always get quality service. Some of the lowest labor prices in the area and all around honest work.

I unfortunately broke down this morning and chose Jeff's because it was close. I called ahead to let them know the problem and that my car was being towed. They ordered the part before the tow truck even got to where I was parked, and within 5 hours the part had arrived and the guys were working on my car. I would love to whine about the price because nobody likes to pay for unexpected car repairs, but the guys squeezed me in and fixed my car quickly. Everybody I dealt with was very friendly and accommodating and kept me up to date on the repairs. I truly appreciate everybody at this shop and hope everybody has a great experience like I did.

Excellent service and very trustworthy people. I always come here for my state inspections and other services because I trust Jeff's to be honest and upfront with me. Very reasonable prices too.

20 minutes into a 10-hour drive, the day after Christmas, we broke down almost literally in front of this shop. I simply asked them for help figuring out what to do, and Jeff (Jr.) and RayAnna (sp?) were incredibly helpful to us dropping in on their already scheduled day. Jeff walked with us to our car and helped us diagnose the problem. After determining it was fixable, they called around, ordered and got the part for us, and installed it immediately after it arrived. While it was an unexpected delay and cost, we were so grateful it was a problem that could be fixed and that these knowledgable, competent and kind-hearted people were nearby to help us at just the right moment. They got us back on the road as soon as they possibly could, and we were able to make the rest of the long drive safely. No one ever wants to break down, but we're so grateful it happened near their shop and we so appreciated their help and courtesy.

I was really impressed by this place today. A couple from out of town came in with car trouble, and they diagnosed it. They couldn’t fix it, but called another place, gave directions, and didn’t take a dime. It really showed some honesty and integrity that you just don’t see every day or expect from a car place! (My car got fixed too!)

Best Mechanic shop in the whole of Pittsburgh.I’ve been to so many shop but there’s just something different about Jeff’s auto.Very honest people.

Top notch wonderful facility. On my way home and got a nail in my tire went to 2 tire places to help everyone wanting to replace all my tires but just auto repair fixed it and got me on the road and 20 minutes! Thank you!!
