I'm a retired sales manager and I need home insurance .Anna didn't just sell me a policy She gave me a education about insurance .It was so refreshing to talk to a sells person that enjoyed business.she didn't leave a stone unturned..took us about about 4 hours .It was not your a 1.2.3. policy .And at the end she said If I don't understand or just needed more information she would gladly.help service like that is only done by a person that enjoy what they are doing .She has be doing it for 22 years. Five stars is not high enough grade .If you haven't gone over your policy for a while I would highly recommend Allstate .Anna is GREAT 👍

I have had nothing but the ultimate amazing experience with Anna Maria Chiaverini. Anna and her staff have been nothing but very professional, and have treated me like I am a person and not just another customer. They have been so friendly, understanding, kind, patient and respectful. They are always on top of my claim and kept in touch with me almost everyday to keep me updated on the status of my situation. I always have a ton of questions and they treat me with respect and such amazing professionalism and they comfort me and make me feel like 'Hey, it happens, and were here for you every step of the way'. All my questions or concerns are answered accurately in a very polite way. When I filed a claim they were simply amazing and worked quickly to give me to resolve the issue in such a very, very timely matter. I felt like I was talking with a friend instead of a rude and impatient insurance agent, which we find is the case way to often. Anna and her staff and even the claims adjuster and the lady I had to speak to to give her the details of my accident were beyond amazing and friendly and understanding. I didn't feel like I was a burden to them just because I had a accident. You can have a hundred stars to rate my experience and it still wouldn't be enough to express how happy and satisfied I am with Allstate and Anna and her staff. I have recommended Allstate and Anna to friends that are looking for insurance and I will continue to do so. I'm a very, very satisfied and happy customer. Thank-you to all of you for giving me a very good experience with Anna And Allstate. You are all amazing and I really do appreciate everything you do for your customers to make them comfortable and put them at ease to make their insurance needs a number one priority. Anna Maria and her team are nothing short of fantastic. She was willing to go the extra mile while I was switching to All State. She walked me through the process and explained everything and answered all our questions. Anna Maria even offered real advice on coverages, especially where they were Not needed. Most agencies would not go this far, as they would try to squeeze every dime from their customers.
Shortly after switching I was in an accident. Once I notified her office, her team's first question was, "Is everyone ok?"
