Love going here the staff are always helpful and friendly. I just need a pic printed since my printer ink ran out an Emma a staff member help step by step since I haven't done it at a CVS in a long time but wanna give a huge thanks to Emma for been professional, friendly, helpfulness and service with a smile 😃

Just wanted to give a shout out to Chris in the Pharmacy, dude is always so nice and polite and does what he can to help always! Very much appreciated to say the least and is a big reason I am a customer at this CVS instead of the one closer to me in Red Lion!

Honorable mention to Amy as well she’s always been a sweetheart!

Apparently some of these reviewers that left only one star may have had a really bad day before they even got to the CVS facility that day. I always receive kind and courteous service whenever I visit this CVS facility.
I usually go through the drive-thru to get my medications and some of the attendants remember my name and sometimes even my birthday before I even get to mention them.
Maybe not every employee there is "smiley" so to speak, but they are all professional and they know what they're doing.
I also like the notifications when my meds are ready for pick up by text or even if medications will be refilled in a few days or if I have to call my doctor for any questions concerning a medication refill.
If I could give this CVS facility more than five stars I certainly would!
I hope those reviewers who gave less than a 5-star or 4 star or 3 Star or 2 star review, that their days will become happier and they won't have such a negative attitude when they visit this particular CVS facility.

The South George St CVS OTC fulfillment center is by far the best one to go to in the York County and surrounding area. They've always have an adequate supply of the items us Aetna Medicare Advantage Plans can order from our OTC catalog. The staff is pleasant, the store is clean and orderly with plenty of easy parking.

If I could, I’d give this pharmacy team 10 stars. They are friendly, helpful, and advocate for their patients. I’ve had several Rx issues and this location works with you to solve the problems. Thank you for coming to my rescue @Debbie and the rest of the Pharma Team!

I just came from this store on Queen Street in York, PA. Unfortunately I didn't think to get the name of the young woman working at the front register. But she did a great job. The computers were working extremely slow. She took some people through the self check out. Then got someone to help her check out the rest of the customers. The people working in this store as always very courteous.

My friend showed me how to do couponing at cvs and o think it’s great for one u save a lot of money for those who don’t do couponing it’s very easy and believe me u will be hooked and at cvs is the best place to start u will have a great experience and save a lot of money!!

Definitely a great location. I have patience for understaffed places but I don't have patience with terrible customer service (rudeness and false advertisements) I had issues with cvs Richland and princess st I'm not even going to go into details let's just say after 2 days they didn't even PROCESS my prescription. So I got it transferred to S queen st and they called me with in 30 mins saying it's ready for pick up. The people were notmean about it they just did their job and kept it moving. I appreciate it ! Being a mom is so sensitive all I wanted was my 4 year Olds medicine so he could get better

So today I found out my wife had developed a bloodclot in her leg . The doctor prescribed a blood thinner. I recently found out that my contract at work had ended and so did my insurance. Her insurance is expensive and horrible. So when I dropped the prescription off the pharmacist said that it would be 235.00. I immediately went to GoodRx and their coupon was 695.00. Julie who was the pharmacist that was assisting me said that this is a very important drug and was extremely expensive. She asked me did I mind waiting a few minutes while she searched for coupons and rebates. After waiting about 6 minutes, she said that she got the price down to 10.00. Without knowing my financial situation she showed empathy and patience. She even asked if this is a medicine that we would be getting again. She then informed me that the coupon can be used more than once and told me to Make sure I mention it to the next person I deal with. This is what customer care and service is all about. Going that extra mile for a customer, makes me feel like like my business is wanted and they truly care. Thank you Julie, you were a great help and blessing.

Great location. You have to be a person that doesn't have any understanding or very high expectations to not like this location. They get busy and still keep their energy high and try to stay positive! Keep up the good work 👏🏽

I received a vaccination at this facility. Very clean and well managed. The nurse practitioner was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.
