I was pleased to deal with Mike and Dave. They certainly worked hard to get me the right vehicle and fully explained paperwork. Very comfortable with the Kenny Ross representatives.

This week I experienced the finest automobile purchase in my lifetime. I bought a used Jeep and while it was a three hour drive each way, it was well worth it to me.
However, I had forgotten to have my wife sign the title on my trade in and without blinking an eye, Charlie Smith in finance and his group told me to drive my old Jeep home and they would send a driver to my home the next morning to pick up the signed title.
My salesman Teddy Delgross was great to work with and offered me a very fair deal on the car.
I would purchased another car from Kenny Ross in a heartbeat. Their employees were friendly, well dressed and very helpful. The dealership is spotless and best of all, never once did I receive that hated salesmen’s pressure.
I highly recommend!

I had heard for many years what a great car dealership Kenny Ross was and I am happy to report that what I heard was absolutely true! Today was my salesman Rich’s first day on the job, and I was his first sale. He is an experienced car salesman and brought his skills with him. I felt that he was really trying to help me the whole time and wasn’t only concerned with selling. Once the deal was made I was with the finance guy, Dave. He was also very nice, efficiently processed the paperwork, answered all my questions, and we found time to just talk through it all. Every single employee that I dealt with today was so very nice…Victoria, the sales manager and the guy who showed me all the car’s features, that I can easily say that buying a car was not a bad experience in any way. The whole place feels positive. I can honestly say, that this is the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with. (Sorry I forgot some names, I won’t forget your kindness.) BTW, from the time I walked in the door, to driving away in my new car, no more than 4 1/2 hrs. passed.

From the receptionist, the salesman, Josh, and the gentleman that did the paperwork, what an outstanding team! Josh was a perfect salesman, not pushy, just giving all the details I requested. The paperwork was ready for me to sign (I have to admit that it has been the shortest time I spent signing paperwork). Kenny Ross should be proud of Josh, the receptionist, and the gentleman that did the paperwork (sorry I forgot their names). Thank you for the great service your team provided.

I came in completely expecting to just look at some cars and get some prices. I left with a really great vehicle! I had the pleasure of working with Julian. He was so thorough and showed me so many different options. He wasn't your typical “pushy salesman.” He was very time efficient, polite and honest! I would highly recommend working with him. I also had the pleasure of working with Ashley who went over finances and warranties. She was so insightful and polite! I had a great experience here.

It was a pleasure to deal with the Finance Manager Dave Debruyn and also the Sales Manager John Petrovich. They were both honest, fair and very helpful in closing our deal. Would definitely recommend and bring our business back to them.

I had a poor initial experience with Jeff, but the manager (John) stepped in and got me with their new sales guy (Zack). Once that change occurred, I couldn't have been happier with the experience. I recently had an issue with my 2021 Crosstrek. The customer service was the best. Bryan in the service department is so nice and kept me informed every step of the way. They provided me with a loaner car which was a life saver. I highly recommend them for any service needs. They are efficient, professional and very friendly!! My car is running great.
