Right off the bat I was met with kindness and helpfulness. When the jeweler talked to me, he took me to the computer and we browsed for an extensive period of time until I was satisfied with the ring I wanted! (I had it custom made). Ordered my ring on Wednesday afternoon and it was ready by Friday evening. Beautiful ring, beautiful box, and wonderful customer service. The prices had me satisfied too. I would highly recommend this store!

Will and Aiden were incredibly helpful from the second I phoned them asking for a specific reference number check on a watch. They were checked multiple references, shared knowledge on the watch, and even suggested alternatives, inviting me to store to see their incredible Seiko collection, which I can 100% guarantee that you will not see at your typical AD for Seiko.

Let me just say that I have bought much more expensive watches elsewhere, even at boutiques, and Will and Aidan treated me like a friend and not a customer. They happened to give me a very friendly discount, which they did not need to do at all.

WHAT WAS MOST IMPORTANT: Will and Aidan are both highly knowledgeable about watches - they are passionate and share your enthusiasm. It was, by far, the best experience I've had purchasing a watch, ranging from letting me try on some beautiful watches that they know I was not there to purchase but appreciate given my interest in watch collecting. They made sure the bracelet fit PERFECTLY before letting me walk out the door and, to top it off, went the extra mile to send me a sincere message, on my way home.

Simply put, you are in great hands with these gentlemen. I am looking for an excuse to go there again soon!
