LOVE LOVE LOVE. Their smoothies & açaí bowls are top notch! Another favorite of mine are their pre-made salads from a local farm! Tony and Jenna really go out of their way to make every customer feel welcomed and comfortable with any questions they may have concerning their Full Spectrum CBD products. If you are in the area, make sure you check them out!

One of my favorite places in town! The space is so cute and welcoming, and the staff is outstanding. Tony and Jenna really understand what good customer service is. I can’t wait for the grand opening so that I can bring every one of my friends here! Good people, GREAT smoothies and bowls, and awesome products like infused olive oils, coconut waters, soy candles, and bath bombs.

Tried F & R for the first time today, very impressed with the cleanliness, the freshness of the food, and the variety of items they sell. I had the "chocolate covered strawberry smoothie," it's fantastic! Will definitely be back. Highly recommend this place. Very nice staff too!

We ordered CBD oil from Anthony, proprietor at Fruits and Roots. The product was at our door extremely timely. He was very helpful and professional at all times.
We will place many orders from him. We do not live in the area but would love to visit his cafe. We have heard great things about it already!

A hidden gem in Newtown! Great smoothies and local kombucha. There’s an area inside where you can sit and work (Wi-Fi too!)

Omg love this spot. It’s my go to for cbd and post workout shakes. This place needs to be more recognized and put on the maps. Awesome service etc. Double thumbs up 👍🏽👍🏽

Very good smoothies and bowls when they’re open. Unfortunately I have tried to go there multiple times in the past couple weeks (not on the days they are closed) and they have not been open. I hope they are not closing but I’m not sure what’s been going on.

Terrible service by some older lady and the smoothie was not worth the price. Better off going to Boost bowl or Robeks, they’re actually nice there.
