Northern Rockies is top notch. Usually, I like to base my reviews on how companies handle challenges or issues, but to date (which has been over 3 years now) I have had ZERO challenges, issues, or problems. They are responsive and proactive in helping you maximize your policy and protection, as opposed to their profit. That says a lot for me. Keep up the great work NRIA!

We've been with them for years. They are the best group of people to work with! Handling insurance can often be confusing and difficult. The people at Northern Rockies Insurance make it so easy. They take the time to answer your questions and are never pushy. They care about you as a person!

Fortunately haven't had to use the insurance a whole lot, but they're very communicative and on the ball if any need ever arises. Big fan of Allstate and this particular agency.

Agent provided complete confidentiality after a death in the family was reported. Once Personal Representative status was asserted, Agent gave full service, and more, regarding insurance needs. First class service.

Lynn and the rest of the staff were very helpful in migrating our Allstate policy from Washington state to Montana. She went over all the coverage options and found a few discounts. I highly recommend Northern Rockies Insurance.

They are great at helping with anything I need. And they gave me alternatives/suggestions at times so my insurance price wouldn't jump. Very nice people!!!
