T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

After nearly 20 years with service from a competitor, I decided to make the jump over to t-mobile after hearing and reading some great things. I am pretty busy so I didn't arrive until about 45 mins from closing. After speaking with 2 super helpful associates, I was all in to move 8 lines of service. Kaemon was a total rock star! This guy worked diligently to get everything switched over and up and running. I had no idea it would take over 2 hours to get everything situated. Kaemon called on his co-worker Bradon (I think). These guys worked great together...what a team! I felt horrible for keeping them so late but they wouldn't let up until everything was 100% working and thoroughly explained to me. Kaemon gave me his schedule for the next few days to stop back to help me get the app setup and his personal number to call or text if I needed anything. If you want stellar service, and industry knowledge in today's wireless world this is THE place to go. Great job guys...you killed it!

I may add - I was not prompted to leave a review at all, and rarely do so. I really wanted to extend my gratitude; 5 stars was well deserved and earned. I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could.

The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly. They walked us through upgrading our plan and patiently answered all our questions about Pixel vs iPhone. We’ll be happy to come back when we are ready to buy new phones.

Had a great experience at t-mobile today. I got excellent help from Rhi, she assured me that we would get to the bottom of the issues I've been having with my phone and I couldn't be more pleased with her service!

I've had at&t for about 15 years, and just switched to t-mobile. Let me tell you, I've never NEVER had this kind of customer service from at&t. This crew knows what they are doing and all of them are extremely helpful. Aaron was very patient with us during the process, we had a lot of questions. He was extremely helpful during the setup process and talked us through all the great perks that t-mobile has. This store is highly recommended!

The people at this store are fantastic. Friendly faces and they make sure that the customer is their priority. Greeted when I walk in and friendly conversation while I waited on a screen protector replacement. I can't think of anything bad to say. Highly recommend.

Tiffany was so patient and understanding didn't feel like a pushy store, she took the time to see what I needed and then pointed me in the right direction! Aaron went above and beyond to help me when I was losing faith in T-Mobile, he helped me and gave me numerous options that the other stores could not! He was very professional and looked for every possible outcome! Even got me a free tablet!!! And got my bill to go down! Thank you again Aaron!

My guy Chris today. You need to keep him. He has such awesome customer service skills. He made my new purchase very relaxed and that is part of why I love t mobile. Every experience has been so supportive and knowledgeable and a very comforting experience.

So we came here last night to get my father's phone switched over and I'm not sure who helped us but he wasnt helpful at all and I guess he's a manager of some sort but completely worthless wouldn't even really look at us and basically said to call corporate to get a pin we didn't know we needed. Now at this point I was ready to flip but fast forward to today and my mind has changed. Enter Armando. This dude was so cool and helpful he was very patient with us. He did everything super easily he was polite as hell the entire time. He got my father's phone numbers and everything switched over. Explained everything exactly. Even wrote down his new pin number with a note as to which pin number it was. Seriously if you go to this Tmobile deal with Armando you won't be sorry. And T Mobile if you see this I hope you give this guy a raise.

This store is awesome! The employees are very helpful and got me what I needed and I got home internet for only $25/Month?? Whattttt thank you for saving me money when times are tough!

This place has the BEST employees. Everytime a phone situation may occur these employees are willing to help. I tried on my own for 2 hours. Took over and was fixed 15 minutes. We even talked about other issues. I highly July recommend a raise for these guys. Not pushy salesman at all. I have respect for that... I will be sending them a special thank you... So patient and knowledgeable! left there names out in van so not sure exactly who helped me.... Again hope your store manager or boss sees this and commends the two of you.. Trust me you got my stress and sorry level down.... Will be bringing you guys a gift card as a thank you.

I worked with a young lady at this store she very helpful. Learn about my phone she she takes her time with customers and if multi tasks she still comes to check on me and answer questions. There were others in the store that's was very nice also.

This place is top notch! The customer service is incredible. MALCOLM IS SUPERB AND HE IS MY HERO!! He took the time, energy, and patience needed to address my problem and solve it with kindness and humor. I ended up at T-Mobile because the Sprint Store on Richland was so horrible I left there in tears with a dead phone and no one willing to help (even though I am a Sprint subscriber) — to go into T-Mobile and be treated like royalty was so incredible I will never forget it! Malcolm’s caring attitude and great sense of humor turned my entire day around AND I HAVE EVERY IOTA OF DATA BACK thanks to him! YAY MALCOLM AND T-MOBILE!

Hi 👏. When I went into T Mobile to pick up my phone I really didn't expect to find two very helpful, nice, and friendly Phone Techs. I was treated with the utmost respect. They took time to explain how to do the things I needed done. Also they were very knowledgeable about Everything. I got in and out quickly. I made good decisions thanks to these guys. Thanks guys!

AARON helped me tremendously with switching carriers. He was very patient and made sure everything was up and running before I left the store. I would definitely recommend this T-mobile over the one on 30 & the galleria. 5 stars I will be back to do business!! Plus I love the pink!
