Our meeting with Ladd was most beneficial! We had questions regarding our home owners insurance coverage. Ladd answered and explained each question we had. He made suggestions regarding home and auto coverage to bring us to a much better level of coverage and understanding. Life happens… no one “plans” for problems but we feel more confident and comfortable with this additional information, understanding and coverage. I have been a State Farm customer for more than 35 years. Ladd Wagner has been my agent servicing home and auto insurance needs for more than half of that time. Over the years, Ladd has helped our family through many transitions especially with the kids growing up and learning to drive, Ladd was a real help in managing our policies for our new young drivers. He took the time to get to know them. And Ladd is a great friend and asset to our community. He often would take the time to put on safe, defensive, and drunk driving awareness clinics up at the high school and during community days. He continues that service to promote safety even though our kids and his kids have long moved on from that stage in their lives. He was always there reviewing policies, alerting, arranging for periodic and annual reviews, and making solid recommendations. These recommendations became invaluable when there was a need for the occasional claim. Adequate coverage was always assured and service was never delayed. Two words describe Ladd as an agent. Those are integrity and service. Ladd represents the highest standard of integrity. He has no agenda to promote what you don't need. He is always concerned with your protection and he is involved with each customer which he treats as family. He truthfully answers any question. He makes it not just about business, but he makes it personal, because he cares. I am sure there are other agents who likewise care about their customers. But Ladd is above the rest. Now that the kids are moving into their own lives, he has helped them secure auto, life, and renter's insurance, and helped them establish a good credit history with State Farm car loans.
