AAA Kalispell Branch

This place totally rocks! The employees of AAA insurance are amazing. Even though I was not a member, they were able to get me in right away and I was able to get my driver's license renewal done with no wait or hassle. Love you guys and thanks a bunch for such amazing customer service! ❤

I had to get a DL replacement and was in and out in 30 minutes! Lori and everyone else was super helpful and I’m glad they offer this service so I don’t have to wait for a DMV appointment.

I locked my cat and my keys in the car. I called AAA and got the local branch. They told mey membership had just expired, but that they would send a locksmith anyway because the cat was in the car. I've used my AAA membership in several states and this Kalispell branch was definitely one of the more helpful branches I've had to call on for help. They covered the local out and had a locksmith there in 15 minutes. Great service and caring people here, employees like these and situations like this one are why I have and continue to have AAA.

A bunch of nice people to work with, and it's really cool that if you need to update your driver's license, you can go and see them and they have all of the proper equipment to it.

Was able to get a DL replaced fairly easily. They even retook my picture (thank effin god LOL) Friendly staff. AAA members get serviced first so be aware of that. I recommend going first thing in the morning and lining up about a half hour before they open even as a member.
I went ahead and got the membership online before going in as the membership does offer some inexpensive valuable perks anyway.

I came to AAA Kalispell for a driver license transfer, and the process was very smooth. Special shout-out to Crystal and Laurie for being incredibly helpful and kind. Crystal went above and beyond to help make the process easier and to lend insight into the driver license and passport renewal process. Laurie was delightful to chat with to wrap up the the process. Thank you for making what could be a very stressful experience into a pleasure!

They were helpful. I was able to renew my ID and renew my service here with little wait time. My wife was in the hospital and it was convenient to have a place close by to do this. Also, AAA is a good thing to have when you live In a place like Montana!

I recently had clients in the middle of nowhere with only expired ID their current ID was lost. As a Professional Traveling Notary this is a huge issue of epic proportion. The client already had a real ID which was missing in action and unable to be reissued quickly by anyone. I then had an epiphany that the client could go to AAA for a State of MT ID card. The team member I spoke with (Mark) gave me all of the info and was incredibly professional with giving us all of the details needed to make this happen. Thanks to the knowledge, guidance and coaching of the AAA team for $16.00 the client got his new ID and the deal got done. Without it, the deal would have died. I'm currently not a AAA member but that's going to change! Great job Kalispell AAA. You guys got it done and made it happen!!!

This branch is fantastic. Most people here are for drivers license services and that seems to be a super long wait. We went for International Drivers Permits which are a different AAA service, so we were in and out rather quickly. Our rep was named Christian I believe and he was super friendly and helpful.

They got the problem solved for me real fast. Great place if your car breaks down.

I have been an AAA member for a long time and since the wait time at our local drivers license office has become excessive with the population explosion I decided to try renewing my license at AAA. It was awesome! It took me about an hour and a half in total, the wait was about an hour. As a member I got called before non members even though they came in first, a few ladies were complaining about this the whole time. This benefit by itself is a good reason to pay for AAA. The staff is super kind and helpful, I saw one of them help an older lady update her bag of maps that she carries in her car, he found the latest version of each one she wanted to replace and was very patient in helping her.

Long wait but they got me in and out quickly. Very nice and helpful, every single person made my experience so much better. Definitely beats the dmv and the insurance is reasonable!

I had been involved in a vehicle accident which totaled my car (the other driver was 100% at fault). I hadn't realized that my license had expired on my birthday late last month and needed to get it renewed to purchase a rental car. They were able to get my license renewed for me in a matter of 60 minutes or less compared to how long it would have taken me at the DMV (apprx 2 wks).

They were backed up when I went in to get an address change on my license. It was the only day I had off for a while, so they worked me in. I didn't have to wait long at all. I am very appreciative for their great customer service.

Had to get new drivers license because mine expired. Was referred here because I always hate going to the DMV. It was quick and painless and have excellent staff!! Thanks for saving me the headache of the DMV!!!

I came to triple a this morning and there was a older lady not getting into details that chris that works there had to call the ambulance. She was okay in the end. She waited it out and made it to her apt. Chris opened the door and let her come sit before they opened. He made sure she had water and gave her cheese. I was sitting outside and he walked her out to her car. We do have good people still. Thank you so much chris

The staff at AAA were friendly and fun to work with. They were providing a license renewal process and were able to do same day service and that service was exact and very fast.

Kalispell DMV (the professionals) could not get me in for an appointment for a month and a half. The last time I used their services it took over an hour to get just my license on appointment.

The walk in service with AAA had me and another lady both get our licenses in less than 40 minutes. Even co workers commented on how fast that was.

I tried and tried and finally picked my times wisely and met up one afternoon with Crystal Dushey after a short wait in the waiting area. She was a ray of sunshine and took care of me as if I was royalty. She cared, was cracking funny little jokes, and was care free and happy go lucky. I appreciated my time in the office of which was extremely efficient and speedy thanks to Crystal's attitude. A wonderful experience had by all. Thank you again.
