Mike and all of his coworkers are fantastic. Any insurance issues that I need taken care of I can rely on them to handle quickly. They never act like my questions are dumb and always find me an answer and a good deal. I plan to continue to use them for all of my insurance needs moving forward. Highly recommended!

I’ve been insured through ARA for years and have always been completely satisfied with their service. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. I love that they’re a brokerage and that they check my rates every year to keep my premiums low and coverage high, without me having to call and ask them to do so. They make my insurance one less thing I have to worry about. I feel very well taken care of and have and will always recommend them to anyone looking for a great insurance guy!

have reached out for information twice with no response. I did follow up in person, however, they couldn't match my current carriers for home & auto. I appreciate the time and assistance.

Horrible service. Rates went up every year. When i asked to cancel bc prices were too high an employee told me someone would be in touch. That same day i fet a new premium 500$s higher than what i was already paying! When i finally did receive a call back the girl was very short and had no interest in changing or helping costs at all. Sad considering we paid on time for 2 years.
