Very professional, following all the rules of Covid-19 regulations, fist time meeting her for trimming my hair and she did an excellent job and very affordable. Already made the appointment for next makeover.

I am giving two stars because the woman was super sweet; my haircut however, I hate ! I have never hated a haircut this badly, and what’s worse is that in order to fix it I would have to cut my hair shorter than shoulder length. I had hair to the middle of my back and went in for some layers with the request to keep my hair long. In the end my hair looked more like a very short and uneven wolfcut or mullet even. I’ve given it a couple of days and tried different hairstyles (curled, blow dried, straight) and it all looks awful. The front of my hair literally falls out of a ponytail. I’d take a picture except I hate it that much unfortunately. My fiancé just keeps telling me it will grow back and to use castor oil to make me feel better.

Update: it’s been a few weeks and I waited in hopes my hair would grow and then could be fixed. Went to an actual professional salon and they even brought in a second opinion. They came up with a haircut I guess I can deal with because what I had was so bad. At this point screw her being nice- that doesn’t make up for the months on months I have to walk around looking like this. And I haven’t taken photos because that’s how bad I feel about this whole ordeal. I’m not trying to have people feeling bad for me 😂.
